The present invention relates to a post for fixing a rigid mesh panel as well as the fence thus obtained.

In recent years, fences have been made with rigid mesh panels: it was therefore necessary to produce specific posts to support and maintain such panels.

But, in addition, it was necessary to use specific means to fix and maintain these rigid mesh panels on these posts. These specific means are for example staples such as those described in documents FR2950916-A, EP-1865128-A and FR-2908440-A.

Thus in document FR-2908440-A. is described a gyratory piece for fixing a rigid mesh panel on a fence profile or post. In the two other documents above, a clip is provided to hold this panel on the pole.

Such prior art devices have at least two drawbacks. The first is that the part to hold the panel on the post is relatively small: it can therefore be easily lost. The second drawback is that it is relatively easy to blow up these parts in order to free the panel from the post: security is therefore not guaranteed.

Also, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a post on which is fixed a rigid grid panel which overcomes the drawbacks described above.

Another object is to provide such a pole allowing rapid fixing of a rigid mesh panel.

An additional aim is to provide such a pole which can be manufactured easily and at a competitive cost.

These aims, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved by a post for fixing a rigid mesh panel comprising a vertical profile comprising a head and a foot connected together by a double partition and having a symmetry with respect to its longitudinal axis parallel to this double partition, the foot being constituted by two wings curved towards the head, which post is characterized, according to the present invention, by the fact that the central partition consists of two walls symmetrical with respect to to the longitudinal axis of the profile and spaced from each other, each wall comprising, substantially towards its middle, a recess forming a funnel the widest opening of which is towards the head of this profile and that each wing comprises on its free edge its identical groups of notches, this post also comprising a base surmounted by a mast on which the profile is fitted.

Preferably, each wing comprises a first plane substantially perpendicular to this double partition, a second plane forming with the first plane an obtuse angle, and a third plane curved in the direction of the double partition, two open spaces or rebates thus being delimited from each other. and other- of the double partition.

Advantageously, a group of notches comprises a deep notch and two semi-deep notches.

Preferably, a deep cut extends into the second and third planes of the wing and a semi-deep cut into the third plane of the wing.

As can be seen in these figures, a post for fixing a rigid mesh panel comprises, on the one hand, a vertical profile, designated in its appearance by the reference 1, and, on the other hand, a base 2 surmounted by a mast 3 on which the profile 1 is inserted.

Profile 1 comprises a head 4 and a foot 5 connected to each other by a double partition 6. This profile 1 is symmetrical with respect to its longitudinal axis parallel to this double partition 6.

The foot 5 is constituted by two wings 7 and 7 'which are curved, in the direction of the head 4. Each-wing 7, 7' comprises three successive planes from the double partition 6: the first plane 8, 8 'is substantially perpendicular to this double partition 6; the second plane 9, 9 'forms with the first plane 8, 8' an obtuse angle; and the third plane 10, 10 ’is curved in the direction of the double partition 6. In order to keep the two wings 7 and 7 'in position, it may be necessary to enclose them in a rigid shell taking at least support on the external faces of the second planes 9 and 9' of the wings 7 and 7 '.

In this case, this rigid shell is constituted by a folding of the wing 7 on itself beyond its edge 10a to the edge 10'a of the wing 7 '.

To make a post according to the present invention, the profile 1 is plugged onto a mast 3 whose section corresponds to the space delimited by the head 4 the parts of the walls 15 and 15 ’before the recesses 16 and 16’. The elasticity of the material from which the profile is made allows the clamping of this profile on the mast 3. When the profile comprises a rigid shell, this contributes to this tightening.

To fix a rigid mesh panel, as shown in Figure 5, designated as a whole by the reference P, which consists of vertical wires V and horizontal H, it suffices to penetrate the vertical wire VI which constitutes the lateral edge of this panel P, in the rebate 11 yes T. 1. - Post for fixing a rigid mesh panel comprising by a vertical profile (1) comprising a head (4) and a foot (5) connected together by a double partition (6) and having a symmetry with respect to -its longitudinal axis parallel to said double partition (6), said foot (5) being constituted by two wings (7, 7 ') curved towards said head (4), characterized in that said double partition (6) is constituted of two walls symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of said profile (1) and spaced from each other, each wall comprising, substantially towards its middle, a recess (16, 16 ') forming a funnel whose opening the widest is towards said head (4) of said section (1) and that each wing (7,7 ') has on its free edge (10a, 10'a) identical groups of notches (12, 12'), said post also comprising a base (2) surmounted by a mast (3) on which is plugged said profile (1). 2. - Pole according to claim 1, characterized in that each wing (7, 7 ') comprises a first plane (8, 8') substantially perpendicular to the double partition (6), a second plane (9, 9 ' ) forming with said first plane (8, 8 ') an obtuse angle, and a third plane (10,10') curved in the direction of said double partition (6), two open spaces or rebates (11, 1T) being thus delimited on either side of said double partition (6). 3. - Pole according to claim 1, characterized in that a group of notches (12 or 12 ’) comprises a deep notch (13) and two semi-deep notches (14). 4. - Pole according to claim 3, characterized in that a deep notch (13) extends in the second (9, 9 ') and third (10, 10') planes of the wing and that semi-deep notch (12) extends in said third plane (10, 10 ') of the wing. 5. - Pole according to claim 4, characterized in that the deep notch (13) is U-shaped. 6. - Pole according to claim 4, characterized in that the semi-deep notches (14) have a general U-shape whose vertical branches are flared. 7. - Post according to claim 2, characterized in that the recess (16, 16 ') of each wall of the double partition (6) is substantially parallel to the second plane (9, 9') of the wing (7 , 7 '). 8, - Pole according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises a rigid shell enclosing the two wings (7, 7 ’). 9, - Pole according to claim 8, characterized in that the rigid shell takes at least -support on the external faces of the second planes (9, 9 ’) of the wings 5 (7.7 ’). 10, - Pole according to claim 8, characterized in that the rigid shell is produced by the extension of one of the wings (7) curved on itself and surrounding the other wing (7 ') to its edge free (10'a). -2/3 -Ί2.
