Abstract

Dispositif (1) d'égouttage de produits comprenant un convoyeur (2) comportant un châssis (3), deux structures (4) de renvoi, et une bande (5) transporteuse sans fin motorisée qui s'enroule autour des structures (4) de renvoi, ladite bande (5) transporteuse comprenant un brin (51) supérieur support des produits et un brin (52) inférieur. La bande (5) transporteuse sans fin est une bande souple transversalement pour pouvoir se déformer entre une configuration transversale plane et une configuration recourbée, dite tubulaire, dans laquelle les bords (6) longitudinaux de la bande (5) transporteuse sans fin sont relevés et rapprochés l'un de l'autre, le dispositif (1) comprend des moyens (9) pour conformer le brin (51) supérieur de la bande (5) transporteuse sans fin dans ladite configuration tubulaire sur au moins une partie de la trajectoire suivie par ledit brin (51) supérieur entre lesdites structures (4) de renvoi, et la bande (5) sans fin est une bande d'égouttage munie d'ouvertures (7) traversantes.
