Abstract
Cet implant (12) de traitement d'une valve est destiné à être disposé dans un passage de circulation de sang, et comporte : - un manchon proximal (14) comprenant des bras proximaux (32), destinés à s'appuyer sur une face d'un feuillet (18) ou sur un anneau (17) de la valve, et - un manchon distal (16) destiné à être assemblé avec le manchon proximal (26) pour former une armature tubulaire (24), et comprenant des bras distaux (36) destinés à s'appuyer sur une deuxième face du feuillet (18) de valve et/ou de l'anneau (17). Chaque bras proximal (32) fait saillie radialement à l'écart du corps tubulaire proximal (30A) et définit un espace de réception du feuillet (18), délimité par le bras proximal (32), sans participation de l'armature tubulaire (24) lorsque le manchon proximal (26) et le manchon distal (28) sont assemblés.
