Ensemble propulsif comprenant : - un carter (13) interne ; - un carter (3) externe ; - un carter (15) inter-veine délimitant une veine (12) primaire entre le carter (13) interne et une paroi (14) interne, et une veine (16) secondaire entre le carter (3) externe et une paroi (17) externe ; - une soufflante apte à générer un flux (24) d'air circulant d'aval en amont dans la veine (16) secondaire ; l'ensemble comprenant en outre : - au moins un conduit (27) de prélèvement dudit flux (24), ce conduit (27) comprenant un orifice (28) d'admission dans la paroi (17) externe et un orifice (29) d'échappement dans la paroi (14) interne ; - un volet (30) externe mobile entre une position d'ouverture de l'orifice (28) d'admission et une position de fermeture; - un volet (31) interne mobile entre une position d'ouverture de l'orifice (29) d'échappement et une position de fermeture.
