Claims (8)
- REVENDICATIONS 1/- Procédé de revêtement d’une toiture (10) de bâtiment (2), ladite toiture comprenant une surface externe présentant des fibres minérales, dans lequel on applique une composition sur ladite surface externe de ladite toiture, caractérisé en ce que : - on mélange au moins un polyisocyanate et au moins un polyol pour former ladite composition, dite composition réactive, choisie pour pouvoir former un matériau solide en polyuréthane sous forme cellulaire, - préalablement à l’application de ladite composition réactive, on applique sur ladite surface externe de ladite toiture une composition nettoyante comprenant au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe formé des fongicides, des herbicides, des algicides et de leurs mélanges.
- 2/ - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit polyuréthane sous forme cellulaire présente une masse volumique comprise entre 0,035 g/cm3 et 0,045 g/cm3.
- 3/ - Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu’on applique ladite composition réactive par pulvérisation.
- 4/ - Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu’on applique ladite composition réactive sur ladite surface externe de ladite toiture avant un durcissement dudit matériau solide en polyuréthane.
- 5/ - Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu’on prépare ladite composition réactive à partir : - d’une première composition liquide comprenant au moins un polyisocyanate, - d’une seconde composition liquide comprenant au moins un polyol.
- 6/ - Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu’on choisit ledit au moins un polyisocyanate dans le groupe formé des diisocyanates de toluène, des diisocyanates d’hexaméthylène, de leurs copolymères et de leurs mélanges.
- 7/ - Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu’on choisit ledit au moins un polyol dans le groupe formé des polyols de polyesters, des polyols de polyéthers, de leurs copolymères et de leurs mélanges.
- 8/ - Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à l’application de ladite composition réactive, on porte ladite composition réactive à une température comprise entre 30°C et 50°C.
