Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'une émulsion à partir de graines entières ou de combinaison de graines non décortiquées oléo-protéagineuses caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une phase de fractionnement aqueux conjointement par un procédé de mise en contact thermo-mécanique à haute énergie et par agitation, conduisant à un filtrât et un gâteau solide, et une phase de séparation des phases solide et liquide du filtrât, conduisant à une gamme d'émulsions légères et grasses directement utilisables en cosmétique.
