Abstract
Filament LED (1) comprenant : - un substrat (10) longiligne présentant deux extrémités opposées, - une pluralité de diodes (11) électroluminescentes distribuées en au moins une rangée sur le substrat, les diodes d'une rangée étant connectées de manière séquentielle les unes à la suite des autres et en série ; - une enveloppe (12) surmoulée autour des diodes et du substrat ; et - au moins un connecteur anodique (21 ; 22) connecté électriquement à une ou chaque diode de début de rangée et au moins un connecteur cathodique (31 ; 32) connecté électriquement à une ou chaque diode de fin de rangée, ces connecteurs étant fixés aux extrémités du substrat et dépassant de ladite enveloppe, - au moins un régulateur de courant (5) monté sur le substrat et surmoulé par l'enveloppe, où la ou chaque rangée de diodes est connectée à un régulateur de courant afin d'autoriser une alimentation en courant régulé de la ou chaque rangée.LED filament (1) comprising: - a longilinear substrate (10) having two opposite ends, - a plurality of light-emitting diodes (11) distributed in at least one row on the substrate, the diodes of a row being sequentially connected. one after the other and in series; - an envelope (12) overmolded around the diodes and the substrate; and - at least one anode connector (21; 22) electrically connected to one or each row start diode and at least one cathode connector (31; 32) electrically connected to one or each row end diode, these connectors being fixed at the ends of the substrate and projecting from said envelope, - at least one current regulator (5) mounted on the substrate and overmolded by the envelope, where the or each row of diodes is connected to a current regulator in order to allow a regulated current supply of the or each row.
