Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the technical field of swimming pools, and more specifically the field of continuous overflow water recovery systems with gravity operation, which allow the maintenance of a constant water level in the pool. Obviously the invention is not limited to the situations described below and can naturally be implemented in any other situation where it would find its usefulness, for example at the edge of a terrace or a flat roof.

Prior art

These systems, dedicated to the recovery of surface water, are essential for the proper functioning of pools, since it is well known that most of the pollutants such as bacteria or leaves are in the water layer. of surface.

The recovery of this surface water and its routing to a filtration system is carried out through the spillways usually included in modules called "head pond".

As part of the pools, these chutes are located outside the pool and make the junction between the "beach", that is to say the flat space surrounding the pool, and the pool. This junction can take place on a portion or on the entire perimeter of the basin.

There are currently many kinds of "head of the basin", among which the so-called Finnish, Wiesbaden or Zurich systems.

Most existing systems require either the provision of a particular profile in the concrete support during the structural step, for example for the Finnish system or the Zurich system, or the installation of prefabricated elements, for example. example for the Wiesbaden system, such elements being often heavy and complex in shape.

The implementation of such devices generates technical difficulties, especially for individuals, for example for upgrading the arase of the wall of a pool. Indeed, the allowed tolerances, specified in particular in the agreement AFNOR AC P90-321, are very small, of the order of a few millimeters.

This leveling of the arase of the wall that receives the chute is a delicate but crucial process, since on the one hand the water blade that allows the disposal of surface waste must not exceed 2 to 3mm d thickness, and secondly any deviation relative to the horizontal would generate an imbalance in the evacuation of water that would not be made uniformly but in a localized way, in an area where the level would be lower than elsewhere.

Moreover, it is difficult to perform, in case of deterioration, the replacement of a prefabricated element which has been sealed during its installation. All these difficulties also entail risks of additional costs.

The present invention allows the introduction of chutes more easily, faster, less expensive, using lightweight and resistant materials. It makes it possible to overcome the constraints related to the carcass work in terms of precision, requiring only on the one hand the creation of a trench, whose shape does not matter, but whose dimensions are greater than those of the trunking. ask, and secondly the general upgrade of the book.

The present invention therefore proposes an innovative solution to the disadvantages mentioned above.

Presentation of the invention

The present invention relates to a water recovery device, particularly intended for use in the periphery of swimming pools, terrace surrounds or flat roof, or any other similar application.

It is remarkable in that it comprises a "self-supporting" chute, which means that the bottom surface and / or the bottom wall and / or at least part of the side walls of the chute does not rest directly or is not included in the foundations of the structure that serve as a support and are usually made of concrete or not included in a prefabricated monolithic element.

Said chute is made of a waterproof material and comprises a bottom wall and two side walls extending generally vertically from said bottom wall. The term "globally vertically" means that the side walls of the chute, independently of one another, can either be vertical or have a slight inclination relative to the vertical axis. In this case, the inclination is firstly carried out towards the outside of the device, and secondly preferentially between 0 and 30 °, and even more preferably between 10 and 15 °.

The free ends of said side walls include at least one attachment means, such as single or multiple wings extending generally horizontally relative to the side walls of the chute.
