Dispositif de balai d'essuie-glace comportant un rail élastique (10), un adaptateur de balai d'essuie-glace (12) et une unité de fixation (14) ayant au moins un évidement de fixation (16) et au moins un moyen de fixation (18) pour la fixation longitudinale du rail élastique (10) à l'adaptateur (12). Le dispositif comporte un moyen de fixation (18) qui, au montage par le mouvement du rail élastique (10) par rapport à l'adaptateur (12), est guidé au moins pratiquement transversalement à la direction longitudinale du rail élastique (20) dans un évidement de fixation (16).
