FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of trucks, for the realization and maintenance of roads, more particularly to the realization of superficial coatings with high efficiency, equipped with a cabin and a bucket adapted to contain a material selected from sand, aggregates or asphalt.

According to the essential features of the invention, the truck, which is equipped with a cabin and a bucket able to contain a material selected from sand, aggregates or asphalt and which works in the forward direction, is essentially characterized by it comprises, in combination: a) a device adapted to longitudinally transfer said material to the rear door of said bucket as it unloads; b) a device, associated with the rear door of the bucket, adapted to move transversely the material in said area to discharge outside said bucket; c) a device, placed outside the bucket, able to recover the material thus spilled and to transport it longitudinally towards the front of the truck; d) a modified cabin adapted to allow passage of said longitudinal transport device.

With such equipment, in its minimum configuration, the investment: - equipment: 2 specialized trucks (for example gritters) and 1 spreader of binder; - and human: 3 specialized drivers; is greatly reduced.

The device (3) capable of transferring the material to the rear door of said bucket as it is unloaded, consists of a means selected in particular from a push shield (31) actuated by a jack (32), a moving floor or an articulation connecting the bucket to the chassis of the truck associated with a jack adapted to control the inclination of said bucket.

The device (5), placed outside the bucket (2), able to recover the material thus discharged and to transport it longitudinally towards the front of the truck, consists of a means chosen in particular from a worm or a conveyor belt (51).

The truck can be equipped, at the front, with a removable telescopic gravel (6), in which the aggregates are poured by the end of the longitudinal transport device.

The longitudinal conveying device (5), external to the bucket, can be provided, in its feed zone, with a hinge able to provide it with a rotational movement enabling it to distribute the material that it conveys directly onto the roadway. to carry out work selected from reinforcement of bank beams, sandblasting, filling, trenching, or hot or cold asphalt paving.

The longitudinal conveying device (5), external to the bucket, can be provided, in its feed zone, with a hinge adapted to provide it with a rotary movement enabling it to feed, with the material which it conveys, continuously, on the fly, public works equipment selected from a mini-finisher deportee or a gravel truck. The rear door assembly and device (4) capable of transversely displacing the material that is in said area, can be replaced by a standard door.

The gravel (6) can be of the kind provided with a receiving hopper with distribution screw (61) feeding two telescopic carriages (62) and (63).
