Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un système moteur pour valise permettant une traction lors de la montée ou descente d'escaliers. (Voir D2 et D4) La traction de la valise à l'aide des chenilles sera effectuée au moment de prendre des marches ou escaliers, par l'intermédiaire d'une poignée articulée et à longueur réglable (voir D3), située et fixée à un angle du haut de la valise, dans le même sens circulaire des chenilles. L'invention réside dans l'adaptation de deux chenilles parallèles situées aux extrémités latérales de la valise, installées sur des roulements à billes et qui, elles-mêmes, sont positionnées sur des rails fixés à la valise. A l'image des chenilles d'un tank, celles-ci permettront la mobilité du bagage par traction manuelle et par la poignée à longueur réglable et articulée, particulièrement lors de la montée et descente d'escaliers. La chenille sera réalisée ou en caoutchouc, plastique, matériaux composites, et sera installée en tension sur le rail circulaire muni de roulements à billes fixés sur celui-ci. (Voir fig. 4) Elle sera réalisée en une seule pièce. Elle sera plus épaisse sur le haut et en épaisseur réduite sur les côtés, dessinant un « U » en vue de tranche. (Voir fig. 2) La valise à chenilles comprend un système de roulements. à billes monté sur un rail occupant toute la circonférence de la valise, et servira de support et de mécanisme de rotation circulaire de la chenilles installée en tension sur le dispositif susmentionné. (Voir fig. 5) Les roulements à billes seront fabriqués en plastique, nylon, métal, matériaux composites, et seront fixés par un axe en métal, en plastique, en matériaux composites aux rails installés circulairement à la valise et à équidistance (parallèlement) l'un de l'autre. (Voir fig. 5) Le rail circulaire est en métal, plastique, matériaux composites, et sera fixé à la valise par des rivets, des vis, de la colle, des agrafes, des coutures, et dessine un « U » en vue de tranche. Le rail sera dépourvu de trous réalisé face à face, sur la partie verticale du « U », équidistant sur sa circonférence de manière à positionner les axes supportant les roulements. (Voir fig. 4) La valise à chenille est pourvue d'une poignée articulée, pivotant autour d'un axe situé à l'angle du haut de la valise, et décrivant un angle de 270° maximum et réglable en longueur, prévue pour la traction de la valise à travers des marches d'escaliers. La longueur de la poignée peut être arrêté avec un système de clip intégré aux manches de celle-ci et contrôlé par un bouton pressoir situé sur la poignée. (Voir fig. 3) La poignée articulée et réglable sera réalisée en plastique, en caoutchouc, en bois, en matériaux composites, en métal et sera fixée sur un angle de la partie latérale haute de la valise. (Voir fig. 2) Les figures 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5 représentent les modes de réalisation de l'invention.
