Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Panneau composite (20) comprenant une structure sandwich formée par une âme centrale (21) présentant une structure alvéolaire primaire (210), par exemple du type nid d'abeille, prise en sandwich entre deux peaux (22), la structure alvéolaire primaire (210) comprenant un réseau d'alvéoles principales (23), le panneau composite (20) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité de chevilles (24), chaque cheville (24) étant d'une part, agencée pour se loger et coopérer à l'intérieur d'une alvéole principale (23) et, d'autre part, formée d'une structure alvéolaire secondaire (240) comprenant un réseau d’alvéoles secondaires (25), et en ce qu’il comprend au moins une zone de courbure, les chevilles (24) étant localisées au niveau de ladite zone de courbure,
- 2, Panneau composite (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des chevilles (24) présente une hauteur sensiblement égale à une épaisseur (e) de la structure alvéolaire primaire (210),
- 3, Panneau composite (20) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les alvéoles principales (23) et/ou secondaires (25) présentent une section de forme hexagonale.
- 4, Panneau composite (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’il est en titane.
- 5, Panneau composite (20) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en qu'il forme un panneau d’atténuation acoustique.
- 6. Structure interne fixe (8) pour une nacelle (1) de turboréacteur d'aéronef, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un panneau composite (20) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- 7. Nacelle (1) pour turboréacteur d’aéronef, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une structure interne fixe (8) selon la revendication 6.
- 8. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau composite (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape d'insertion de chevilles (24) dans des alvéoles principales (23), chaque cheville (24) se logeant et coopérant à l'intérieur d'une alvéole principale (23) ; et une étape de fixation des peaux (22) de chaque côté de la structure alvéolaire primaire (210) munie des chevilles (24), de sorte que la structure alvéolaire primaire (210) munie des chevilles (24) est prise en sandwich entre deux peaux (22).
- 9. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau composite (20) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de fixation des peaux est une étape de brasage de la structure alvéolaire primaire (210) munie des chevilles (24) et prise en sandwich entre les deux peaux (22).
