Description
The present invention relates to a device for facilitating disentangling and guiding of particular electrical cables or pipes during their clashes (cramping) on different supports. On an electrical installation, pneumatic or hydraulic, one begins by performing the installation of 5 supports (cable trays) intended to hang the cables or pipes, then comes the draw of the latter and their clashes. Unraveling the cables or pipes during their clashes is a long and painful task that is traditionally done by sliding the necklaces around the different layers see figure 1. These layers are superimposed and are attached together once the cables or pipes are unraveled. The collars used help to isolate the plies from one another, but do not allow the classification of the cables or pipes inside it. As an example, see FIG. 2: one strand can consist of 3 layers of cables or pipes, the first layer contains 6 cables, the second 5 and the third 4. These three layers are superposed in a quincunx and are attached to each other on their support at using collars once the cables are untangled and aligned. The disentanglement of the cables or pipes is made as the progress of the attachment. The device according to the invention overcomes this problem. It has four parts (connected at their ends to each other by a screw allowing them to open relative to each other), holding clips ensure their closures and openings between them. Holes made on horseback and staggered between the different parts allow to insert cables or pipes to facilitate their guidance and disentangling. Once they are put in place in the device, just drag it on them as you make their skirmishes. Not being able to mix or dislodge from the device, each cable or pipe will maintain its initial grading position. Its ease of opening allows you to quickly add or remove a cable or hose when in use. A notch machined in part of the device and the addition of a hook 25 can hang on different types of media. The device can therefore be used that the support is horizontally flat, singing or vertical. The accompanying drawings illustrate: FIG. 1 represents in section the principle of separation of the plies of cables or pipes by collars isolating them from each other and allowing their guidance and disentangling during their clashes. Figure 2 shows in section the principle of attachment of cables or pipes on a cable tray. Plies of cables or pipes are superimposed between them and are staggered by collars to form a strand. FIG. 3 shows cables (7) or pipes in section inserted in the guiding device. FIG. 4 represents the front view of the open device. FIG. 5 represents a front view of the closed device. FIG. 6 represents the sectional side view of the device at the clip closure system. FIG. 7 represents the rear view of the closed device.
Referring to these diagrams, the device consists of 4 removable parts (1, 2, 3, 4) connected by three screws (5) tightened with brake nuts (6) to adjust the clamping allowing the articulation as well as the opening the 4 parts together to insert the cables or pipes. A hook (8) on the part (1) makes it possible to attach the tool to a perforated cable tray slab by sliding it into one of the perforations; a notch (9) machined in the part (1) makes it possible to suspend it to a wire cable tray. Three metal clips (10) allow the closure and easy opening of the four parts together. The clips are locked in reservations (11) machined in the device when it is closed the part (1) on the part (2) see Figure 6. This makes it easy to lock the first parts together when the first A web of cables or pipes is inserted to pass to the second without the first cables or pipes being dislodged. Two threads (12) will be machined on the parts receiving the clips to insert two screws (13) to fix them, it also allows their replacements in case of breakage. Holes (14) drilled astride the various parts allow the passage of cables or pipes. There are six between the part (1) and (2), five other holes between the part (2) and (3), and four between the part (3) and (4). The holes are chamfered on both sides of the device to promote sliding and avoid damaging the cables or pipes. The drilling of these is made staggered with respect to the different parts. Their numbers and diameters may be different depending on the variants of the device. Once the cables or pipes inserted into the device, simply drag it on them as and when the progress of their clashes.
By way of non-limiting example, this device will have dimensions of the order of 165 mm long by 80 mm wide and 20 mm thick. The diameter of the holes is 14 mm and is suitable for most electrical cables or compressed air pipes that require the use of this device. Its small size and lightness make it a handy device to use, easily taking place in a pocket or in a toolbox compartment. The device according to the invention is intended to facilitate detangling and guiding cables or pipes during their clashes (cramping) on their supports.
