Claims (18)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Joint fileté tubulaire pour le forage ou l'exploitation des puits d'hydrocarbures comprenant une portion d'un élément tubulaire d'extrémité mâle présentant un axe de révolution et pourvue d'un premier filetage s'étendant autour de l'axe de révolution, ladite portion d'extrémité mâle étant complémentaire d'une portion d'un élément tubulaire d'extrémité femelle présentant un axe de révolution et pourvue d'un deuxième filetage s'étendant autour de l'axe de révolution, lesdites portions d'extrémité mâle et femelle étant aptes à être assemblées par vissage, chacune des portions d'extrémité mâle et femelle comprenant, en outre, une portée d'étanchéité avec une interférence métal-métal, caractérisé en ce que - le filetage et la portée de l'une des portions d'extrémité mâle ou femelle sont revêtus d'une première couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage dont le zinc (Zn) est l'élément majoritaire en poids, ladite première couche métallique anti- corrosion et anti-grippage étant revêtue d'une première couche de passivation ; - le filetage et la portée de la portion complémentaire d'extrémité mâle ou femelle sont revêtus d'une deuxième couche métallique anti-grippage dont le zinc (Zn) est l'élément majoritaire en poids, ladite deuxième couche métallique anti-grippage étant revêtue au moins partiellement d'une couche lubrifiante comprenant une résine et une poudre de lubrifiant solide sec dispersée dans ladite résine.
- 2. Joint fileté tubulaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches métalliques est déposée par voie électrolytique.
- 3. Joint filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches métalliques contient au moins 50% de zinc (Zn) en poids.
- 4. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches métalliques a une épaisseur comprise entre 4 et 20 pm.
- 5. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche lubrifiante est d'une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 50 pm. 35
- 6. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches métalliques comporte une substance choisie parmi le groupe constitué de zinc (Zn) pur et d'un alliage binaire de zinc (Zn) de type Zn-X, dans lequel X est choisi parmi le nickel (Ni), le fer (Fe), 40 le magnésium (Mg) et le manganèse (Mn).
- 7. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches métalliques est un alliage binaire de zinc-nickel (Zn-Ni) dont la teneur en nickel (Ni) est comprise entre 12 % 45 et 15 % en poids et dont la microstructure est monophasée et de phase gamma (y). 3035476 30
- 8. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première couche de passivation comprend du chrome trivalent (Cr(III)). 5
- 9. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une deuxième couche de passivation comprenant du chrome trivalent (Cr(III)) est formée entre la deuxième couche métallique anti-grippage et la couche lubrifiante.
- 10. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la 10 poudre de lubrifiant solide sec est choisie parmi le groupe constitué des polytétrafluoroéthylènes (PTFE), des disulfures de molybdène (M0S2), dithiocarbamates de molybdene (MoDTC), des noirs de carbone (C), des fluorures de graphite (CF) ou d'un mélange de ceux-ci. 15
- 11. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la résine est choisie parmi le groupe constitué des résines polyvinyle, résines époxy, résines acrylique, résines polyuréthane et résine polyamide-imide.
- 12. Joint fileté tubulaire selon les revendications 10 et 11, dans lequel la résine est 20 de type acrylique et la poudre de lubrifiant solide sec contient 3% à 15% de noirs de carbone, de disulfures de molybdène (M0S2), ou de dithio-carbamates de molybdene (MoDTC), pris seuls ou en combinaison.
- 13. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au 25 moins une desdites première et deuxième couches de passivation est revêtue d'une couche barrière constituée d'une couche matricielle minérale comprenant des particules de dioxyde de silicium (Si02).
- 14. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la 30 couche matricielle minérale comprend en outre de l'oxyde de potassium.
- 15. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches de passivation est revêtue d'une couche barrière constituée d'une couche matricielle organo-minérale comprenant du dioxyde de silicium (Si02)
- 16. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une desdites première et deuxième couches de passivation est revêtue d'une couche de lubrifiant sec.
- 17. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion d'extrémité mâle comprend en outre une première butée et la portion d'extrémité femelle comprend en outre une deuxième butée, les première et deuxième butées étant aptes à venir en contact l'une avec l'autre en fin de vissage. 3035476 31
- 18. Joint fileté tubulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les portions d'extrémité mâle et femelle sont en acier.
