Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS: 1. Procédé de régénération d'un filtre à particules imprégné d'un catalyseur sélectif de réduction des oxydes d'azote ou NOx, le filtre à particules imprégné étant présent dans une ligne d'échappement d'un moteur thermique d'un véhicule automobile, la régénération se faisant par une augmentation de la température dans la ligne d'échappement en amont du filtre à particules imprégné, caractérisé en ce que la régénération se fait par au moins deux paliers de température (1,
- 2) de régénération dans le filtre à particules imprégné avec : - un premier palier d'initiation (1) de la régénération à une première température (T1) de régénération avec une première durée (dl), - un deuxième palier de continuation (2) de la régénération à une deuxième température (T2) de régénération avec une deuxième durée (d2), la deuxième température (T2) étant inférieure à la première (Ti) afin de limiter l'exotherme de la régénération. 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la durée du premier palier (1) est fonction du chargement en particules de suie du filtre à particules imprégné et la durée du deuxième palier (2) est fonction de l'exotherme relevé dans la ligne d'échappement.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, lequel comprend au moins un troisième palier (3) de fin de régénération à une troisième température (T3).
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la troisième température (T3) du troisième palier (3) est fonction de la différence de pression détectée aux bornes du filtre à particules imprégné et/ou de son chargement en particules de suies après les deux premiers paliers (1, 2).
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première température (T1) est comprise dans le domaine de température entre 600°C et 720°C, la deuxième température (T2) varie de 400°C à 500 °C.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, quand la régénération n'est pas suffisante après un cycle composé des deux premiers paliers(1, 2) avec, le cas échéant, au moins un troisième palier (3), il est procédé au lancement d'au moins un cycle complémentaire.
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le nombre total de cycles est de 5.
- 8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, dans lequel les durées (dl, d2, d3) de chaque palier (1, 2, 3) sont spécifiques à chaque cycle.
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'augmentation de la température dans la ligne d'échappement en amont du filtre à particules imprégné se fait au moins en partie par une gestion de combustion du moteur thermique avec une post-injection proche ou tardive succédant à l'injection principale de carburant dans le moteur thermique.
- 10. Ligne d'échappement de moteur thermique de véhicule automobile comprenant un filtre à particules imprégné d'un catalyseur pour une réduction catalytique sélective, caractérisé en ce que la régénération du filtre à particules imprégné s'effectue conformément à un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la ligne comprenant ou étant associée à des moyens de régulation de la température en amont et en aval du filtre à particules imprégné et comportant une sonde thermique pour la mesure de ladite température en amont et en aval.
