Claims (13)
- REVENDICATIONS1- Pot (1) de composition fumigène destiné à être mis en place dans un étui de munition, pot comprenant une 5 enveloppe (2) renfermant au moins un tronçon (6a,6b) d'une composition fumigène (6) comprimée génératrice de gouttelettes ainsi qu'au moins un moyen d'allumage (7) de la composition fumigène, pot caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux couches (8a,8b) d'une composition pyrotechnique 10 renforçatrice (8) qui sont disposées de part et d'autre du tronçon unique (6a) ou de l'ensemble des tronçons (6a,6b) de composition fumigène.
- 2- Pot de composition fumigène selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux tronçons 15 (6a,6b) de composition fumigène et au moins une couche (8c,8d) de composition pyrotechnique renforçatrice disposée entre deux tronçons (6a,6b) de composition fumigène.
- 3- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une 20 cheminée (5) d'allumage axiale et en ce que le moyen d'allumage (7) est constitué par un bloc annulaire disposé sensiblement au niveau d'une partie médiane de la cheminée axiale (5).
- 4- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des 25 revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une cheminée (5) d'allumage axiale et en ce que le moyen d'allumage (7) est constitué par un bloc annulaire s'étendant sur sensiblement toute la longueur de la cheminée axiale (5).
- 5- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des 30 revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) renferme au moins une couche (9) d'isolant inerte interposée entre l'enveloppe (2) et une couche (8a,8b) de composition pyrotechnique renforçatrice.
- 6- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la composition fumigène génératrice de gouttelettes comprend une composition de base associant au moins un oxydant et un acide choisi parmi les acides suivants : acides organiques, acide sulfamique, acide orthophosphorique.
- 7- Pot de composition fumigène selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la composition fumigène comprend une composition de base associant : 38% à 58% en masse d'acide sulfamique, et 62% à 42% en masse d'oxydant, les pourcentages étant calculés par rapport à la masse totale de la composition de base associant acide et oxydant.
- 8- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'acide est enrobé par un liant tel que la nitrocellulose, le liant étant ajouté dans une proportion relative de 2% à 10% de la masse totale de la composition de base.
- 9- Pot de composition fumigène selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la composition de base de la composition fumigène associe de 53% à 58% en masse d'acide sulfamique, de 37% à 42% en masse de perchlorate d'ammonium et de 0 à 10% en masse de poudre d'aluminium, de magnésium de bore ou d'oxyde ferrique.
- 10- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des 25 revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'oxydant associe un oxydant fort et un sel de potassium ou de sodium.
- 11- Pot de composition fumigène selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la composition fumigène associe de 38% à 58% en masse d'acide sulfamique, de 22% à 42% en masse 30 de perchlorate d'ammonium et 20% en masse d'un sel de sodium ou de potassium.
- 12- Pot de composition fumigène selon une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la compositionpyrotechnique renforçatrice associe de la poudre noire et une composition oxydo-réductrice.
- 13- Pot de composition fumigène selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la composition oxydo réductrice est choisie parmi les compositions suivantes : thermite, Tungstène/Chromate de Baryum, Bore/Nitrate de potassium, Magnésium/Nitrate de Potassium/Nitrate de Calcium/polymère fluoré, Manganèse/Oxyde de manganèse/Oxyde de Bismuth.
