Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de pilotage d'un dispositif de vissage à impulsions comprenant un moteur électrique dont le rotor est relié, au moyen d'une transmission présentant un jeu, à un organe terminal susceptible d'être entrainé en rotation, ledit rotor étant mobile en rotation entre : - une position de recul maximal dans laquelle ledit jeu est maximal dans le sens du vissage, et - une position d'impact dans laquelle ledit jeu est rattrapé dans le sens du vissage, ledit procédé comprenant au moins une phase de vissage comprenant au moins un cycle d'impact comprenant : - une étape d'alimentation dudit moteur par une impulsion électrique, ledit rotor passant de ladite position de recul maximal à ladite position d'impact de telle sorte qu'il accumule de l'énergie cinétique en rattrapant ledit jeu puis transmet celle-ci durant un impact de couple de vissage audit organe terminal via ladite transmission ledit dispositif de vissage ayant tendance à tourner par réaction autour de l'axe de rotation dudit organe terminal dans le sens du dévissage ; - une étape de stabilisation comprenant une étape de contrôle de l'alimentation dudit moteur, ladite étape de contrôle permettant de ramener ledit dispositif de vissage sensiblement dans la position angulaire autour de l'axe de rotation dudit organe terminal qu'il occupait au début dudit cycle d'impact.The invention relates to a method for controlling a pulse screwing device comprising an electric motor whose rotor is connected, by means of a transmission having a clearance, to a terminal member capable of being driven in rotation, said rotor being movable in rotation between: - a maximum recoil position in which said clearance is maximum in the screwing direction, and - an impact position in which said clearance is taken up in the screwing direction, said method comprising at least one screwing phase comprising at least one impact cycle comprising: - a step of supplying said motor with an electrical pulse, said rotor passing from said maximum recoil position to said impact position in such a way that it accumulates kinetic energy by taking up said clearance and then transmits it during a screwing torque impact to said terminal member via said transmission, said screwing device having a tendency to rotate by reaction around the axis of rotation of said terminal member in the unscrewing direction; - a stabilization step comprising a step of controlling the power supply of said motor, said control step making it possible to return said screwing device substantially to the angular position around the axis of rotation of said terminal member that it occupied at the start of said impact cycle.
