Claims (8)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Aube composite de turbomachine ayant une face d'intrados (12) et une face d'extrados (14) qui définissent le profil aérodynamique de l'aube, l'aube (10) comprenant : une âme métallique (20) formant la face d'intrados (12) ou la face d'extrados (14) de l'aube, et une matrice organique (30) associée à l'âme métallique (20).
- 2. Aube composite selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les faces d'intrados et d'extrados (12, 14) s'étendant entre un bord d'attaque (16) et un bord de fuite (18) de l'aube, et dans laquelle l'âme métallique (20) forme également le bord d'attaque (16) et/ou le bord de fuite (18) de l'aube.
- 3. Aube composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la matrice organique (30) forme au moins en partie la face d'extrados (14) ou la face d'intrados (12) de l'aube.
- 4. Aube composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle l'aube (10) comprend au moins une plateforme (13), cette plateforme étant formée par la matrice organique (30).
- 5. Aube composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la matrice organique (30) est à base de polymère(s) thermoplastique(s) ou thermodurcissable(s).
- 6. Procédé de fabrication d'une aube composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel on injecte une résine constitutive de la matrice organique (30) sur l'âme métallique (20).
- 7. Procédé de fabrication d'une aube composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant une étape d'extrusion de la matrice organique (30) sur l'âme métallique (20).
- 8. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel une plateforme (13) d'aube est réalisée en surmoulant la plateforme (13) sur l'ensemble extrudé ou injecté comprenant l'âme métallique (20), par injection d'une résine sur cet ensemble.
