La présente invention concerne un sachet à ouverture/refermeture pour le conditionnement de produits, notamment alimentaires, et un procédé de fabrication dudit sachet.The present invention relates to an opening / closing bag for the packaging of products, especially food products, and a method of manufacturing said bag.

Elle concerne plus particulièrement un sachet du type comprenant un corps de délimitation d'une enceinte de stockage, réalisé à partir d'un matériau en feuille, une étiquette séparable disposée, avant sa séparation du sachet, à recouvrement au moins partiel et en correspondance d'une amorce de rupture ménageant, au moins dans le corps, une ligne fermée pour provoquer par tirage de l'étiquette une déchirure du corps, formant une ouverture à travers laquelle le contenu du sachet peut être extrait. Les sachets fermés hermétiquement et dont l'ouverture est obtenue par tirage d'une étiquette sont bien connus à ceux versés dans cet art. Généralement, l'étiquette est une étiquette autocollante, parfois non complètement séparable du sachet. Cette étiquette peut être repositionnée sur l'ouverture pour permettre une refermeture du sachet. Dans une telle solution, il faut tenir l'étiquette au moment de la vidange du sachet, sinon celle-ci se referme sur le sachet. Par ailleurs, pour refermer le sachet, il est difficile de repositionner l'étiquette juste au-dessus de la zone d'ouverture, principalement dans le cas d'étiquette longue. Enfin, l'adhésif de l'étiquette est rapidement souillé par le produit, lors de la vidange du sachet et une refermeture n'est alors plus possible. Il existe également des sachets qui sont ouverts par arrachement d'une étiquette, puis sont refermables par pliage et maintenus à l'état plié par une bande adhésive. À nouveau cette solution, dans laquelle la bande adhésive est soumise à une tension importante, ne donne pas satisfaction en termes de qualité de la refermeture. Un but de la présente invention est donc de proposer un sachet du type précité, dont la conception permet une refermeture efficace de l'ouverture en terme d'ergonomie et d'utilisation intuitive. Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer un sachet du type précité dont la conception permet une refermeture sensiblement hermétique de ladite 5 ouverture. Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer un sachet du type précité dont la conception permet une adaptation du volume du sachet au volume du contenu dudit sachet, au fur et à mesure de la vidange du sachet, sans nuire à la qualité de la refermeture. 10 Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer un sachet du type précité dont la conception permet une adaptation à tout type de sachet.
