Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système (1) d'identification d'un dégât causé à un véhicule, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - capture d'au moins une image du véhicule par un dispositif (2) de capture d'images ; - transmission de l'image capturée à un serveur (3) distant, et - traitement de l'image capturée, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de capture d'image comprend une sous étape de guidage du dispositif (2) de capture d'images vers une zone prédéfinie du véhicule.
