Abstract
Dispositif de fixation permettant de boulonner avec une vis sur une paroi dont l'autre côté n'est pas accessible ayant pour prérogatives supplémentaires de créer dans le même temps une étanchéité eau et pression, une coupe thermique et un suppresseur d'effet d'électrolyse. Il comporte une vis provisoire (1) plus longue que la vis qui sera fixée définitivement, une grosse rondelle (2), 2 boulons (3 et 4), de la fibre de verre (5), de la résine, de la cire de démoulage, et un fil de coton (6). Lors du serrage (fig.2), la fibre de verre (5) liée de part et d'autre du boulon (4) se gonfle entre ledit boulon et la paroi créant ainsi un double oméga que nous nommerons rondelle en fibre de verre (8), permettant de créer une étanchéité eau et pression. Selon une deuxième caractéristique, l'utilisation couplée d'une fibre (de verre, de carbone, etc...) et d'une résine (polyester, époxy, polyuréthane, et autres résines déjà disponibles ou à venir) compatible avec le support, le dispositif crée une coupe thermique ainsi que l'annulation de l'effet d'électrolyse. La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour boulonner avec une vis, sur une superficie dont l'autre côté ne nous est pas accessible, et ce, quel que soit le support, le matériau, ou encore l'espace disponible de l'autre côté. Ce dispositif peut également être choisi en remplacement d'un système traditionnel pour ses prérogatives de solidité, d'étanchéité eau et/ou pression, de coupe thermique, et de suppresseur d'effet d'électrolyse, même dans le cas d'un support dont l'autre côté nous est accessible. Il existe d'autres techniques qui permettent d'obtenir un résultat subsidiaire telles que les chevilles en aluminium et PVC qui s'écartent dans le support mais qui n'atteignent pas la solidité d'un système vis + rondelle + écrou, et qui d'autre part ne suppriment pas un effet d'électrolyse selon le matériau utilisé (ex : aluminium + inox). D'autres systèmes encore permettent de boulonner une vis sur une superficie dont l'autre côté ne nous est pas accessible, tels que le système vis + rondelle pivotante, ou encore un kit utilisant de la résine, mais à chaque fois, ces dispositifs montrent des limites, soit de solidité, soit d'étanchéité, soit encore d'adaptabilité selon le support, le type d'utilisation, ou d'espace requis.The present invention relates to a device for bolting with a screw, on an area whose other side is not accessible to us, and this, whatever the support, the material, or the space available on the other side. Il comporte une vis provisoire (1) plus longue que la vis qui sera fixée définitivement, une grosse rondelle (2), 2 boulons (3 et 4), de la fibre de verre (5), de la cire de démoulage, et un fil de coton (6). Selon une première caractéristique, lors du serrage (fig.2), la fibre de verre (5) liée de part et d'autre du boulon (4) se gonfle entre ledit boulon et la paroi créant ainsi un double oméga que nous nommerons rondelle en fibre de verre (8) capable d'épouser les aspérités ainsi que les irrégularités éventuelles de la paroi côté obscur, ce qui lui confère une adaptabilité sans pareille ainsi qu'une étanchéité eau et pression. Selon une deuxième caractéristique, l'utilisation couplée d'une fibre (de verre, de carbone, etc...) et d'une résine (polyester, époxy, polyuréthane, et autres résines déjà disponibles ou à venir) compatible avec le support, le dispositif crée une coupe thermique ainsi que l'annulation de l'effet d'électrolyse.The device according to the invention overcomes all these disadvantages. En référence à ces dessins, voici le détail, étape par étape du mode d'utilisation de l'invention : Nous utilisons une vis provisoire (1) plus longue que la vis qui sera fixée définitivement, une grosse rondelle (2), 2 boulons (3 et 4), de la fibre de verre (5), de la cire de démoulage, et un fil de coton (6). Dans un premier temps, nous appliquons de la cire de démoulage sur la vis provisoire (1), la rondelle (2), ainsi que sur 1 boulon provisoire (3) afin que la fibre de verre ne s'y accroche pas. Nous faisons un trou dans la paroi (7) plus large que la vis (1) entourée de fibre de verre, mais plus petit que la rondelle (2). A ce stade, nous insérons notre montage (fig.1) dans la paroi (7). Nous vissons (fig.2) le boulon provisoire (3) en maintenant la vis (1) immobile. La vis (1) commence alors à sortir en ramenant le boulon (4) positionné à l'intérieur, vers la paroi (7). En se déplaçant, le boulon (4) maintenu par le fil de coton (6), fait gonfler la fibre de verre (5), créant un double oméga que nous nommerons rondelle de fibre de verre (8). Nous laissons sécher le dispositif le temps qu'il convient selon la résine utilisée. Lorsque c'est sec (fig.3), nous dévissons la vis provisoire (1) et enlevons la rondelle (2) et le boulon provisoire (3), laissant de l'autre côté de la paroi (7), une rondelle de fibre de verre (8), ainsi que le boulon (4) prêt à recevoir la vis définitive.
