Abstract

The device has a ball struck unit comprising a clamp with arms (2, 3), where the arms are provided with claws (21, 31) and a fixing unit (5) of a holding link and a cutting unit (4) of the link. The clamp has a frame (1) attached to a tractor machine and comprising a fixing unit (5). The arms are articulated laterally on sides of the frame. The cutting unit is placed on one of the arms near the claws of the arm and on a middle part of the clamp close to the fixing unit. The cut unit is formed by an assembly of rectangular plates (40, 41) placed in parallel to provide a space.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet, dans le domaine agricole, un dispositif de dépose du lien de maintien d'une balle de paille, foin ou autre matière végétale. La présente invention a plus particulièrement pour objet un 5 perfectionnement du dispositif de dépose du lien décrit dans le brevet français FR 2.918.536 au Nom du présent demandeur. Dans ce document, il est exposé que, après le fauchage, la paille, foin ou autre végétal, est ramassée, pressée et mise en balles, lesquelles sont rectangulaires ou cylindriques, et que 10 leur maintien est assuré par des liens, ficelle ou filet, les ficelles ou les filets étant enroulés autour de la balle de paille, pour former un cerclage de celle-ci. L'utilisation de ces liens posait un problème, puisque pour utiliser le contenu de la balle, il fallait éliminer la totalité des liens ce qui 15 n'était pas aisé du fait du poids de ladite balle, et ce qui nécessitait d'avoir à manipuler les balles avec les griffes d'un chargeur, pour saisir et retourner la balle jusqu'à enlèvement complet des liens. Le dispositif proposé dans le brevet français FR 2.918.536 20 se présente sous la forme d'une pince adaptable à un engin tracteur, comprenant deux mâchoires aptes à saisir par pincement une balle de paille, et dont l'une comporte un mors comprenant des moyens d'accrochage dudit lien, tandis que l'autre mâchoire comporte un mors comprenant des moyens de coupe aptes à couper 25 lesdits liens sur toute une longueur de ladite balle. Si ce dispositif présente un grand progrès par rapport à ce qui se faisait auparavant, il présente toutefois des inconvénients, plus particulièrement lorsque les balles sont liées par des ficelles, et plus encore lorsque les balles sont 30 rectangulaires, car lesdites ficelles n'ont pas toujours une tension suffisante pour permettre une coupe à coup sûr. Le dispositif de dépose du lien de maintien d'une balle de paille, foin ou autre matière végétale selon l'invention, destiné à être porté par un engin tracteur, est du type comprenant d'une part des moyens saisissement d'une balle constitués d'une pince comportant deux bras munis de griffes, d'autre part des moyens d'accrochage dudit lien, et d'autre part encore des moyens de coupe dudit lien, et il se caractérise essentiellement en ce que ladite pince comprend un châssis destiné à être solidarisé audit engin tracteur, sur lequel s'articulent, de part et d'autre latéralement, lesdits deux bras, et qui comporte lesdits moyens d'accrochage. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens de coupe sont disposés sur un bras, à proximité des griffes de celui-ci. Selon une variante du dispositif de dépose selon 20 l'invention, les moyens de coupe sont disposés sur la partie médiane de la pince, à proximité des moyens d'accrochage. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens de coupe se présentent sous la forme d'un assemblage de deux plaques disposées 25 parallèlement et en sorte de ménager entre elles un espace, et de créer, sur un bord longitudinal desdits moyens de coupe destiné à être appliqué contre la balle dont il faut couper le lien, une ouverture de laquelle peut s'extraire sur commande une lame de coupe. 30 Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens d'accrochage consiste en au moins un élément rectiligne disposé pour être maintenu sensiblement verticalement et appliqué contre la balle dont il faut saisir le lien, et comportant au moins deux plaques 35 métalliques accolées l'une à l'autre et montées coulissantes l'une par rapport à l'autre et l'une contre l'autre, et dont le bord destiné à venir au contact de ladite balle est muni de crochets régulièrement espacés, les crochets d'une plaque étant dirigés vers le bas tandis que les crochets de l'autre plaque sont dirigés vers le haut, les crochets desdites plaques étant aptes à coopérer les uns avec les autres au gré du coulissement desdites plaques l'une contre l'autre, dans un sens pour se refermer sur le lien et dans l'autre pour éjecter ledit lien. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens d'accrochage comprennent un élément rectiligne comportant deux plaques parallèles munies sur un bord de crochets dirigés dans le même sens, entre lesquelles est intercalée et mobile en coulissement par rapport auxdites deux plaques parallèles, une plaque dont le bord est muni de crochets dirigés dans le sens inverse de celui desdits autres crochets. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens d'accrochage sont constitués de deux éléments rectilignes disposés parallèlement. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier du dispositif de 20 dépose selon l'invention, les moyens d'accrochage sont portés par un élément mobile, conçu pour être déplacé en direction de la balle après saisissement de celle-ci par la pince. Selon un autre mode de réalisation particulier du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, les moyens d'accrochage 25 sont associés à des moyens de crochetage, conçus aptes à la préhension du lien lors du saisissement de la balle, et à l'amenage dudit lien vers lesdits moyens d'accrochage. Les avantages et les caractéristiques du dispositif de dépose selon l'invention, ressortiront plus clairement de la 30 description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif. Dans le dessin annexé : - la figure 1 représente une vue schématique partielle en perspective d'un dispositif de dépose du lien de maintien d'une 35 balle de paille, foin ou autre matière végétale selon l'invention. - la figure 2 représente une vue schématique partielle en perspective d'une partie du même dispositif. - la figure 3 représente une vue schématique partielle en perspective de la même partie du même dispositif, sous un autre 5 angle. En référence à la figure 1, on peut voir un dispositif de dépose du lien de maintien d'une balle selon l'invention, et plus particulièrement dans une position d'attente, avant saisissement d'une balle, non représentée. 10 Ce dispositif comporte un châssis 1 destiné à être solidarisé à un engin tracteur, de type chargeur par exemple, sur lequel s'articulent deux bras 2 et 3, un de chaque côté, munis chacun en extrémité d'une traverse, respectivement 20 et 30, parallèle à l'axe de pivotement, et de laquelle font 15 saillie, perpendiculairement au plan du bras et de la traverse, deux griffes, respectivement 21 et 31.
