Abstract

The fastener has a central ring (1) and side rings (2, 3) including empty dredges, where the fastener is formed integrally from a single piece to allow passage of branches with different sizes and diameters by elasticity of material e.g. silicone. An opening of the passage of the branches is lower than the branches for reinforced maintenance, where the fastener has main recess of a pattern and side recesses complementary to the pattern of the main recess.

Description

-1- L'invention concerne une nouvelle attache de cordons aux branches des lunettes, de préférence injectée, monobloc, sans bague de serrage et en silicone. Les attaches de cordons aux branches des lunettes connues sont en principe équipées de bagues de serrage qui se desserrent constamment parce qu'elles sont montées en sens 5 inverse d'une logique de serrage, elles sont disgracieuses. L'invention y remédie, de conception inédite, elle transcende toutes les réalisations à ce jour, elle est d'une seule pièce, d'une structure allégée qui lui confère un design plus discret et surtout elle a une adhésion totale aux branches, elle ne se desserre jamais parce qu'elle utilise à son profit la pression exercée sur le silicone et son élasticité à 10 chaque passage de branches plus grosses que l'ouverture autorisé par l'élasticité du silicone, cette pression se traduisant par une plus forte adhésion aux branches. Dans une version préférentielle, non limitée la nouvelle attache se réalise en deux Injections : la première injection réalise l'anneau central pourvu d'un drageoir vide sur chacun de ses cotés latéraux, l'ensemble se réalise à la première injection, les drageoirs 15 vides de matière ; le tout dans un grade de viscosité moindre pour que les drageoirs soient plus consistants, à même de recevoir et de retenir des éléments complémentaires de formes et de couleurs en provenance d'autres moules. The combination of different injections, and different consistencies of material allows a variation of aspects and efficiencies of the fastener.
