Claims (24)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Film ayant des propriétés antistatiques, ledit film comprenant un substrat polymère transparent, ledit substrat ayant une première surface et une seconde surface, ledit substrat étant partiellement opacifié sur au moins une surface de façon à fournir des régions opacifiées et non opacifiées, et dans lequel tant les régions opacifiées que non opacifiées sont revêtues sur au moins une surface avec un revêtement antistatique, ledit revêtement ayant une transmission supérieure à 70 %.
- 2. Film selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique a une transmission supérieure à 80 %.
- 3. Film selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique a une transmission supérieure à 90 %.
- 4. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le substrat polymère comprend un polymère sélectionné dans le groupe composé d'homopolymères d'éthylène, d'homopolymères de propylène, d'interpolymères d'éthylène et de propylène, d'interpolymères d'éthylène ou de propylène avec une ou plusieurs alpha-oléfines en C4-C10, de polyamides, de polyesters, de polyacétals, de polycarbonates, de polychlorure du vinyle et de leurs mélanges.
- 5. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le substrat polymère est partiellement opacifié sur les deux surfaces.
- 6. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les régions opacifiées résultent du revêtement du substrat polymère transparent avec un revêtement opacifiant, y compris une ou plusieurs couches opacifiantes dans le film, ou y compris des agents de formation de pores dans le substrat, ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
- 7. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les régions opacifiées et non opacifiées des deux surfaces sont revêtues avec un revêtement antistatique.
- 8. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique est incolore.
- 9. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le substrat polymère comprend un polypropylène à orientation biaxiale.
- 10. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique comprend un composé sélectionné dans le groupe composé d'amines ou d'amides aliphatiques à chaîne longue, de sels d'ammonium quaternaire, d'esters de polyéthylèneglycol et de polyols.

Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique comprend un ou plusieurs oxydes de métaux ou de métalloïdes sélectionné(s) dans le groupe composé des oxydes d'aluminium, d'antimoine, de baryum, de bismuth, de cadmium, de calcium, de cérium, de césium, de chrome, de cobalt, de cuivre, de dysprosium, d'erbium, de gadolinium, de germanium, d'hafnium, d'holmium, d'indium, d'iridium, de fer, de lanthane, de plomb, de lithium, de lutétium, de magnésium, de manganèse, de molybdène, de néodyme, de nickel, de niobium, de palladium, de potassium, de praséodyme, de rhodium, de rubidium, de ruthénium, de samarium, de scandium, de silicium, d'argent, de sodium, de strontium, de tantale, de terbium, de thallium, d'étain, de titane, de tungstène, de vanadium, d'ytterbium, d'yttrium, de zirconium.
- 12. Film selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'oxyde métallique comprend de l'oxyde d'étain et d'indium.
- 13. Film selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le ou les oxydes métalliques est(sont) dispersé(s) dans une résine.
- 14. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique comprend un ou plusieurs polymères conducteurs.
- 15. Film selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le polymère conducteur est sélectionné dans le groupe composé des polyfluorènes, des polyphénylènes, des polypyrènes, des polyazulènes, des polynaphtalènes, des polypyrroles, des 25 polycarbazoles, des polyindoles, des polyazépines, des polyanilines, des polythiophènes, du poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène), du poly(sulfure de pphénylène), des poly(acétylènes) et du poly(p-phénylènevinylène).
- 16. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique a une épaisseur de revêtement sec comprise entre environ 30 0,001 microns et environ 10 microns.
- 17. Film selon la revendication 16, dans lequel le revêtement antistatique a une épaisseur de revêtement sec comprise entre environ 1 micron et environ 6 microns.
- 18. Film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17; dans lequel le revêtement antistatique a une résistivité superficielle inférieure à 1 x 1010 ohms par 5 carré, de préférence inférieure à 1 x 108 ohm par carré.
- 19. Procédé de fabrication d'un film ayant des propriétés antistatiques, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) fournir un substrat polymère présentant des régions opacifiées et non opacifiées, ledit substrat présentant une première surface et une seconde surface ; 10 (b) imprimer en option sur une ou plusieurs régions opacifiées ; (c) revêtir en option au moins une surface avec un revêtement protecteur ; et (d) revêtir les régions opacifiées et non opacifiées sur au moins une surface avec un ou plusieurs revêtements antistatiques.
- 20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel le revêtement protecteur de 15 l'étape (c) est un vernis, une résine ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
- 21. Utilisation d'un film antistatique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18 dans la fabrication d'un document sécurisé.
- 22. Utilisation selon la revendication 21, dans laquelle le document sécurisé est un billet de banque. 20
- 23. Article de fabrication comprenant le film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18.
- 24. Article selon la revendication 23, dans lequel l'article est un billet de banque.
