Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a seal for solar panels and an assembly comprising such seals. Currently, renewable energies are being used more and more. In particular, solar thermal or photovoltaic panels are fixed on the roofs of buildings. A new type of frameless solar panel is being distributed. An object of the present invention is to provide a seal which adapts to this new type of frameless solar panels and which in particular guarantees a good seal over time.
L'une des extrémités de l'âme centrale 204 est solidaire de la base 202 et l'âme centrale 204 s'étend perpendiculairement à la base 202.For this purpose, there is provided a seal intended to be shod along at least one frameless solar panel, said seal comprising, for the or each solar panel, a U of footwear for receiving a slice said solar panel. Advantageously, the seal takes the form of a profile made of a synthetic material. Advantageously, said synthetic material is Prodene 123 black stained CSTB neutral having a hardness of 65 shores. According to a particular embodiment, the seal comprises a base, a central core disposed in the middle of the base, one end of the central core being integral with the base and the central core extending perpendicularly. at the base, and a roof fixed at the other end of the central core and extends above the base, so as to define two U of footwear, each being intended to receive the edge of one of the two neighboring solar panels. Advantageously, the roof has an arcuate shape whose center of curvature is arranged on the side of the soul. According to another particular embodiment, the seal takes the form of a U. The invention also proposes an assembly intended to be arranged on a slope having a crawling direction and comprising: - at least two solar panels without frame arranged next to each other in the direction of the rampant, - a first seal according to one of the preceding embodiments, arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the rampant, each U of footwear said first seal receiving the slice of one of the two solar panels in the direction of the creeper, and - for the slices of the two solar panels extending in the extension of one another in the direction of the rampant, a second seal according to the previous embodiment of which the U of donnage receives the two slices. The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will emerge more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being given in relation to the attached drawings, among which: Fig. 1 shows a top view of an assembly of solar panels and joints according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a section along line II-II of FIG. 1, and - FIG. 3 is a section along the line of FIG. 1. FIG. 1 shows an assembly 10 which is arranged on a slope, for example a roof having a direction of the rampant represented by the double arrow 2 and a perpendicular direction represented by the double arrow 3 and perpendicular to the direction of the rampant 2. The assembly 10 comprises: - at least two frameless solar panels 12a-12d disposed next to each other in the direction of the rampant 2, - along each slice of each solar panel 12a-12d, a seal 102 , 104a, 104b is shod. Fig. 2 shows the first seal 102 according to a first embodiment of the invention which is intended to be shod on two solar panels 12a and 12c, and 12b and 12d neighbors disposed next to each other according to the direction of the rampant 2. The first seal 102 takes the form of a profile made of a synthetic material such as for example the material referenced under the name Prodene 123 black stain CSTB neutral having a hardness of 65 shores. The first seal 102 is arranged in the horizontal direction 3 and it comprises a rectilinear base 202, a central core 204 and a roof 206. The central core 204 is here disposed in the middle of the base 202. One of the ends of the central core 204 is integral with the base 202 and the central core 204 extends perpendicularly to the base 202.
The first seal 102 thus has two U of footwear 208 and 210 which are delimited by the base 202, the roof 206 and the central core 204. Each U 208, 210 is intended to receive the edge of one of the solar panels 12a or 12c, and 12b or 12d neighbors in the direction of the rampant 2. The roof 206 presents an arcuate shape whose center of curvature is disposed on the side of the core 204. Thus, when the first seal 102 is in place, the roof 206 exerts a pressure on each solar panel 12a-d to avoid any leakage between the solar panel 12a-d and the first seal 102. FIG. 3 shows the two second seals 104a and 104b according to a second embodiment of the invention. Each second seal 104a, 104b is intended to be shod on the edges of two neighboring solar panels 12a-d which are in line with one another in the direction of the rampant 2. The second seal 104a takes the form of a profile made of a synthetic material such as the material referenced under the name Prodene 123 black stain CSTB neutral having a hardness of 65 shores. The second seal 104a is preferably arranged in the direction of the rampant 2 and takes the form of a U of footwear 308 which is intended to receive the portion of the solar panel 12a-d considered. The two second seals 104a and 104b are facing each other via their bottom and each bottom bears against a profile 106 fixed to the slope and on which are screwed screws 108 intended to press on the two second seals. 104a and 104b to sandwich them between the profile 106 and the head of the screw 108. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the examples and embodiments described and shown, but it is capable of many variants accessible to the man of art.30
