Claims (7)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Pièce de liaison (26) d'une turbomachine, telle en particulier un turboréacteur, montée entre un cône de soufflante (24) et un disque de soufflante (21) supportant des aubes de soufflante, ladite pièce de liaison comportant une paroi annulaire (28) percée de plusieurs orifices (28A) destinés à recevoir chacun un organe de fixation (30) et terminée par un rebord (32) sensiblement perpendiculaire dont une surface externe (32A) assure un prolongement aérodynamique de ladite soufflante entre une surface extérieure (24A) dudit cône de soufflante et une surface extérieure (22A) d'une plateforme d'aubes de soufflante (22), caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi annulaire est constituée en un premier matériau composite et pourvue sur une surface interne (32B) dudit rebord d'un anneau (34) constitué en un second matériau différent du premier et apte à assurer une rétention radiale de ladite plateforme d'aubes de soufflante.
- 2. Pièce de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit second matériau est un matériau composite à fibres longues, par exemple du type enroulement de fil, de ruban ou de préforme tissée ou cousue de 20 carbone, verre ou aramide.
- 3. Pièce de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit second matériau est un matériau métallique, par exemple du titane ou un alliage métallique à base de titane ou d'aluminium. 25
- 4. Pièce de liaison selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits orifices sont munis d'inserts métalliques (36), par exemple en titane ou en alliage métallique à base de titane. 30
- 5. Pièce de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface externe assurant le prolongement aérodynamique de ladite soufflante est recouverte d'un tissu en matériau composite (38).
- 6. Soufflante de turbomachine, comportant au moins une pièce de liaison 35 (28, 32) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
- 7. Turbomachine comportant une soufflante ayant au moins une pièce de liaison (28, 32) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
