Abstract
The plate (1) has a proximal part (5) whose posterior and anterior openings (10, 11) are adapted to accommodate a mono-axial screw and intermediate opening (12) is adapted to accommodate a poly-axial screw. The posterior and anterior openings are arranged, so that divergent through axes (10', 11') defining a transverse angle are located opposite to a top face (3) and in a transverse plane (18), where a value of the angle ranges between 6 and 9 degree. The plane and a longitudinal axis (20) of a distal part (6) define an interior angle (H) ranging between 77 and 80 degree. An independent claim is also included for a kit for implementing a valgus tibial osteotomy technique by internal addition.
