Abstract

The mannequin has upper and lower half-frames (1, 2) sliding with each other in a central part by encased tubes (6, 10), where sliding movement is guided by a central device that includes manually maneuverable welded threaded rods. The half-frames are beveled at ends, and have dimensions to allow opening of the half frames at few centimeters when the half frames are positioned in an opening of prefabricated element. Reinforcement tubes (3, 4) are positioned parallel to a diagonal of a frame and secured to each other. A central tensioner includes a handle (9).

Description

-1- L'invention a trait à un mannequin adapté pour servir de coffrage au niveau des ouvertures des éléments préfabriqués tel que décrit dans le document FR2936538 et pouvoir ainsi remplir de béton ces éléments entre le parement intérieur et le parement extérieur en respectant les dimensions d'ouvertures. L'application de cette invention s'adresse à tout type d'éléments préfabriqués à double-peau béton présentant un vide entre les deux. Il est connu dans le domaine du bâtiment d'utiliser de tels mannequins dans la mesure où les dimensions des ouvertures prévues dans ces éléments préfabriqués doivent être respectées une fois le remplissage terminé. On connait des mannequins qui sont faits en bois, mis en oeuvre par le préfabricant en usine au moment de réaliser ces parements intérieurs et extérieurs. Dans ce cas de figure, ces cadres en bois font la largeur de l'élément préfabriqué et doivent être retirés après mise en oeuvre du béton et ne peuvent pas être réutilisés. De tels cadres sont d'un maniement peu aisé, difficiles à retirer après bétonnage et génèrent un grand volume de déchets sur chantier. On connait également des encadrements d'ouvertures en fibrobéton, également mis en oeuvre par le préfabricant en usine. La largeur des bandes utilisées sont celles de l'élément préfabriqué de manière à recouvrir les épaisseurs des deux parements intérieurs et extérieurs. L'encadrement en fibrobéton est définitif et reste dans l'élément après le remplissage en béton. Cette solution nécessite souvent un renforcement du cadre en fibrobéton pour les grandes dimensions d'ouvertures. Les deux solutions présentes sur le marché sont donc des solutions difficiles d'utilisation et sans réemploi du cadre ce qui les rend relativement couteuses. C'est à ces inconvénients qu'entend plus particulièrement remédier l'invention en proposant un mannequin aisément manipulable, réutilisable plusieurs fois pour une même dimension d'ouverture, adaptable à tous les types d'ouvertures, assurant un maintient fiable et précis ainsi qu'une résistance à la pression du béton. A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un mannequin renforcé servant de cadre pour obturer le champ d'une ouverture réalisée dans des éléments préfabriqués constitués d'une paroi intérieure -2- 40 et d'une paroi extérieure séparée par un vide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux demi-cadres séparées par la diagonale du cadre, et coulissant l'une dans l'autre suivant une course guidée par un dispositif central comprenant une tige filetée manoeuvrable manuellement.-1- The invention relates to a dummy adapted to serve as formwork at the openings of the prefabricated elements as described in the document FR2936538 and thus be able to fill the concrete elements between the inner facing and the outer facing respecting the dimensions openings. It is these drawbacks that the invention intends to remedy more particularly by proposing an easily manipulable manikin, reusable several times for the same opening dimension, adaptable to all types of openings, ensuring a reliable and precise maintenance as well as a pressure resistance of the concrete. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a reinforced dummy serving as a frame for sealing the field of an opening made in prefabricated elements consisting of an inner wall -2- and an outer wall separated by a vacuum, characterized in that it comprises two half-frames separated by the diagonal of the frame, and sliding one into the other in a path guided by a central device comprising a manually operable threaded rod.

Des joints compressibles sont disposés au niveau des zones d'écartement des demi-cadres et permettent d'assurer l'étanchéité lors du coulage du béton. Des pattes sont fixées sur chaque côté du cadre et viennent en 50 appuis sur la partie préfabriquée de l'élément afin de prévenir de toute sortie accidentelle du mannequin. Lorsque le béton a fait sa prise, le mannequin peut être facilement retiré de l'ouverture en manoeuvrant la poignée centrale de manière à rapprocher les deux demi-cadres. Le mannequin peut ainsi être réutilisé plusieurs fois pour des 65 ouvertures de mêmes dimensions. La présente invention sera décrite en détail à l'aide des figures qui suivent. La figure 1 décrit la totalité des composants de l'invention.
