Abstract

The device has an opening frame (2) that is connected to a vehicle by a swiveling unit. A panel (4) and an articulation unit are utilized to mount the panel that is articulated with respect to the swiveling unit of the opening frame. The articulation unit includes a bent part that is placed apart from an extent of the panel. The panel includes a set of faces, where one face is covered with an opaque covering, and another face is arranged in a hydrophobic manner. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle portion.
