Abstract
The electrically conducting cable comprises a conductor element surrounded by a first layer made of a non-polar material. The first layer is surrounded by a second layer made of ethylene and octene copolymer (50 wt.%) having a chemically reactive surface with grafted polar functions that adheres a third layer made of a polar material. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for fabricating a cable; and (2) a junction box.
