Abstract

The support (2) has a lower surface (20) resting on a work table i.e. ironing board, and a base on which an ironing sole rests at the time of inactive ironing phases. A clamp (3) forms a removable module of the support, and remains in permanent attachment on the work table. The support is fixed at the clamp by a coupling device that allows assembling and disassembling of the support on the clamp without disuniting the clamp from the work table and without using a tool. The coupling device comprises an elastically deformable element for maintaining the support on the clamp.
