Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement et de mélange de produits cosmétiques comportant : - un récipient contenant un premier produit cosmétique, - un moyen de distribution d'une portion du premier produit cosmétique sur une surface de mélange lié au récipient, - un moyen de conditionnement monté sur un support lié au récipient, et présentant au moins un compartiment contenant une dose d'un second produit cosmétique. Description

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement et de mélange d'un produit cosmétique. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un ensemble permettant d'effectuer un mélange extemporané d'au moins deux produits cosmétiques en vue de l'application du produit cosmétique résultant. Par « produit cosmétique », on entend toute composition telle que définie dans la Directive 93/35/CEE du Conseil du 14 juin 1993. Le document US2010/0025268 Al décrit un assemblage comportant un récipient principal contenant un premier produit, et un compartiment secondaire contenant un second produit. Le compartiment secondaire est fixé au bouchon du récipient principal et est logé dans le goulot dudit récipient. Une pression sur le bouchon permet de libérer le second produit dans le récipient. Un des inconvénients d'un tel assemblage est de mélanger la totalité du premier produit avec la totalité du second produit. Ce dispositif est donc à usage unique. Le document WO2007/101348 Al décrit un assemblage pour boisson comportant un récipient principal, contenant un premier produit, associé à un dispositif comportant des compartiments contenant des doses d'un second produit. Chaque dose du second produit peut être déversée dans le récipient principal en provoquant une rupture d'une paroi séparant le compartiment du récipient principal. Un inconvénient d'un tel assemblage est de mélanger la totalité du premier produit avec au moins une dose de second produit. La totalité du premier produit est donc perdu si le mélange se dégrade dans le temps alors que le premier produit et le second produit sont indépendamment stables dans le temps. De plus cet assemblage ne convient pas pour le mélange de produit cosmétique car le produit résultant du mélange est contenu dans le récipient qui prend la forme d'une bouteille et n'est donc pas directement manipulable par l'utilisateur soit pour obtenir un mélange plus homogène quand les deux produits ne sont pas miscibles rapidement, soit pour l'application du produit résultant s'il n'est pas suffisamment fluide pour sortir de la bouteille par gravité. Les deux compartiments sont reliés par un scellement pouvant être déchiré pour permettre de mélanger les produits contenus dans chaque compartiment avant l'application. Un des inconvénients d'un tel dispositif est de mélanger la totalité du premier produit avec la totalité du second produit. Ce dispositif est donc à usage unique et ne permet pas d'être rechargé car la rupture du scellement entre les compartiments est irréversible. Le document FR2774568 Al décrit un dispositif comportant des compartiments contenant des doses unitaires de produit cosmétique. Chaque dose pouvant donc être utilisée séparément. Cependant ce dispositif ne propose pas de mélanger ces doses de produit avec un autre produit cosmétique, ni de dispositif pour effectuer un tel mélange.
