Abstract

The method involves applying an adhesive face (3) on a support (2) of a print blank, and cutting a tape of suitable width over the entire length of the adhesive face. A second print blank having a different texture is provided, and another tape of equal width and length as the former tape is cut through the entire thickness of the latter print blank. The latter tape is applied to a surface of the support of the former print blank by removing a support of the latter print blank to obtain a third print blank (10) to be placed on a printing machine. An independent claim is also included for a print blank for automated printing of adhesive labels, comprising a support.
