Abstract

The trailer has a plate (7) inclined with a ground (12). A coupling head (5) or a stand (11) is articulated on the plate, where rotation of an axle is driven by the plate that is connected to a cam (3) by a shaft to raise the plate on the ground with minimum slope. A unit is articulated with a mudguard bracket via a tube that is connected to an axis of the plate. Another tube is fixed at an end of the axis and used as a lever for rotating the unit. A support is fixed on the latter tube for carrying a connecting rod (9).

Description

The invention relates to a trailer of less than 750 kg and consists of placing the rear of the latter on the ground manually with a minimum of slope and without any steps to climb in order to load and unload any object or not with the largest easy and effortless.

The majority of trailers weighing less than 750 kg are not designed for loading a rolling object without the use of loading ramps. Tipping trailers are too sloping and require a winch to load certain rolling objects, and some specialized trailers use a loader. hydraulic, pneumatic or electric assistance to lower the loading floor, which represents an additional cost. The present invention solves the problem by eliminating all loading constraints. In road position or taxiing it is a trailer like all others and in loading position that is to say on the ground it can load a rolling object or not without any additional accessories (ramps, winch, assistance etc.) ) The trailer consists of: - a standard coupling head (5) fixed to a drawbar (6) connected to the plate (7) in a fixed connection screwed or welded. - an axle composed of an axle body (2), 2 cams (3) connected to the pla-20 (7) by an axis (13) and 2 suspension arms (1) provided with hubs (4) for fixing the wheels. - A set fig.3 (8) consisting of a round tube (14) forming the hinge axis, 2 tubes (15) serving as a lever and support for the mudguards (16), 2 joints (18) receiving the connecting rods (9). The two tubes (15) may also optionally serve as a support for the signaling equipment including the lights, the retro-reflective triangles, the license plate and the plate scouts (17). - 2 rods (9) connecting the articulated assembly to the axle. - 2 wheels (10) placed on the ground (12). The laying on the ground (12) of the rear of the trailer by tilting thereof is coupled to a vehicle or uncoupled on crutch type wheel jockey (11). The point of articulation of the trailer is the coupling head (5) or the stand (11). The laying on the ground (12) of the rear of the trailer by inclination thereof is achieved by manually raising the assembly fig. 3 (8) articulated by the tube (14) which is the axis of articulation connected to the front of the plate (7) .A each end of this axis is fixed a tube (15) which serves as a lever for rotation of the set (8). On each tube (15) is fixed a support receiving the connecting rod (9). By raising the tubes is driven rods (9) which in turn drive the cams (3). By pulling on the cams (3), those ci drive the axle body (2) with its suspension arms (1) provided with hubs (4) supporting the wheels (10) in a rotational movement. The axis of the wheels is the articulation of this movement (fig. .4). This rotation drives down the plate (7) connected by an axis (13) to the cam (3) and thus places the plate (7) on the ground (12). To go up the plateau, the operation is carried out in the opposite direction.

- Fig. 1 represents the trailer in the loading position - FIG. 2 shows the complete axle - FIG. 3 represents an assembly (8) hinged to the front of the plate (7) serving as a support for the fenders with or without the equipment of the signaling including the lights, the retro-reflective triangles, the plate of registration and scouts. - Fig. 4 represents the kinematics of the axle during the laying maneuver on the ground and vice versa in the lifting position. - Fig. 5 shows the kinematics of the trailer during the laying maneuver on the ground and vice versa in the lifting position.

This concept allows according to the inventor to put the rear of a trailer of less than 750 kg on land manually with a minimum of slope and without any steps to climb in order to load and unload any object or not with ease and without effort.
