Abstract

L'invention consiste en l'élaboration d'une grille du genre de celles qui sont installées sur les machines de type coupe-légumes ou robots ménagers, dont la structure de base est une grille de découpage, qu'elle soit du type permettant de couper l'aliment végétal en forme de carrés ou de cubes, ou du type permettant de couper l'aliment végétal en lamelles longues d'une largeur prédéfinie, et qui est entourée sur son périmètre d'un matériau en plastique formé au moyen d'une opération de moulage par surinjection en guise de pourtour et ce dernier étant doté, intérieurement, d'une bague métallique de renforcement. La grille de coupe comprend au moins deux lames d'une hauteur nettement supérieure à celle des autres lames qui constituent la trame de la grille, dans le but de conférer à l'ensemble une plus grande rigidité contre la flexion, tandis que le pourtour externe comprend en option des pattes de positionnement intégrées à ce dernier et qui se projettent radialement vers l'extérieur depuis des positions diamétralement opposées.
