DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTION La présente invention se rapporte à un abri ouvert rigide, pliable et amovible, notamment un abri pour fumeurs. Le domaine technique de l'invention est, d'une façon générale, celui des abris de personne, plus particulièrement des fumeurs ; elle a pour objectif notamment de les protéger des intempéries, du vent et du froid lorsqu'ils sont dans des lieux publics tels que des bars, des restaurants, ou autres qui n'ont pas l'aménagement nécessaire au sein de leurs locaux. Dans ce domaine on s'attache à protéger au moins un utilisateur, notamment un fumeur. Depuis le 1 er janvier 2008, la loi anti tabac s'applique aux lieux dits de convivialité (cafés, hôtels, restaurants, discothèques, casinos). Certains aménagements ont été effectués, comme des terrasses chauffantes, des cabines pour fumeurs, garantissant ainsi au propriétaire de fidéliser des clients. Dans certains lieux il est impossible d'aménager de telles installations, soit pour des raisons d'espace, soit pour des raisons économiques. L'abri selon l'invention permet à au moins un utilisateur, fumeur ou non fumeur, d'être à l'abri des intempéries. ARRIERE-PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUE DE L'INVENTION Il existe différents systèmes de protection pour les fumeurs. Un premier système est un demi-dôme comportant une ouverture sur la moitié de sa surface ; un arbre situé au centre et relié à un moteur permet audit demi-dôme de tourner, et de se positionner, en fonction du vent afin que les utilisateurs soient toujours abrités. Un deuxième système semblable au premier est un kiosque composé d'ouvertures sur la moitié de ses cloisons et comportant des roues insérées dans une gouttière. Les roues permettent de faire tourner le kiosque afin de protéger les utilisateurs des intempéries. Shelter open, rigid, foldable and removable, including shelter for smokers. DESCRIPTION GENERALE DE L'INVENTION L'abri selon l'invention, permet notamment de résoudre les différents problèmes qui viennent d'être évoqués. L'abri ouvert propose un toit rabattable destiné à protéger au moins un utilisateur des intempéries. L'abri 10 peut ainsi se plier pour un transport simple et pratique ; il est utilisable partout. L'invention concerne donc essentiellement un abri ouvert, apte à protéger au moins un utilisateur des intempéries, comportant notamment un toit caractériser en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour faire passer ledit toit 15 d'une première position, dite de transport à une deuxième position, dite de protection. Outre les caractéristiques principales qui viennent d'être mentionnées dans le paragraphe précédent, l'abri selon l'invention peut présenter une ou plusieurs caractéristiques supplémentaires parmi les suivantes : 20 - les moyens pour faire passer le toit de la première position à la deuxième position comprennent une armature dudit abri comportant au moins une articulation simple ; - l'armature dudit abri comporte un moyen de déplacement simple, notamment des roues et un moyen de blocage permettant 25 d'immobiliser ledit abri, notamment un frein ; - l'abri comporte un détecteur de présence, apte à provoquer l'allumage d'éléments éclairants et/ou d'éléments chauffants ; - le toit a notamment une forme concave apte à écouler l'eau de pluie, notamment vers une gouttière ; 30 - l'abri présente une largeur, lorsque le toit est en position de transport, comprise entre soixante et quatre vingt dix centimètres ; - l'abri comporte une tablette rabattable ;5 - la tablette comporte des cendriers, notamment des cendriers encastrés dans ladite tablette ; - l'abri comporte des cloisons, notamment des cloisons supérieures latérales souples, des cloisons inférieures rigides, sur des parties latérales inférieures et/ou sur la partie arrière dudit abri et une cloison supérieure arrière ; - la cloison supérieure arrière, notamment rigide, comporte notamment au moins une paroi, notamment une paroi translucide.
