Un autre avantage est de pouvoir, après avoir extrait une ou plusieurs noisettes de produit, lorsqu'il s'agit d'un produit semi-liquide, retourner le récipient et réaliser l'opération de récurage ou de grattage en maintenant ledit récipient inversé ; le simple fait de retourner le récipient a pour effet de fermer celui-ci, même si l'on presse sur ledit récipient, étant donné que l'extrémité du tube disposée dans le fond du récipient se situe à l'air libre. Selon l'invention, des moyens d'assemblage sont agencés entre la partie inférieure de la portion tubulaire et le goulot du récipient. Ces moyens d'assemblage sont de préférence mis en oeuvre par un taraudage sur la portion tubulaire du corps et un filetage sur la portion tubulaire du goulot, ce qui permet de visser le corps sur ledit goulot. Cette conception présente pour avantage de pouvoir retirer le dispositif bouchon-grattoir notamment en vue de sa réutilisation ultérieure, dans le cas où il est possible d'acheter des recharges de produit. On peut également prévoir un système d'encliquetage entre la portion tubulaire du corps et la portion tubulaire du goulot, en sorte de clipper le dispositif bouchon-grattoir sur le récipient, ce qui présente l'avantage de pouvoir ouvrir le récipient lorsqu'il est manipulé par un adulte, mais au contraire permet de résister à l'épreuve des enfants. Selon l'invention, la face supérieure du corps est inclinée par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la portion tubulaire dudit corps, de préférence d'un angle compris entre 30° et 60° et de préférence 45°. Cette position inclinée du corps présente pour avantage de pouvoir incliner le tampon et ainsi de définir une inclinaison dudit tampon par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du récipient, ce qui facilite l'opération de récurage en maintenant le récipient légèrement incliné à la verticale. En outre, le tampon pourrait s'imbiber du liquide, à moins d'éjecter suffisamment fort le liquide du récipient, par une pression forte sur sa paroi, et à orienter dans le même axe l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'éjection et l'orifice débouchant sur le tampon, ce qui impliquerait de plus de positionner le tampon à proximité de la surface à récurer.
