Abstract

Tongue type tongue, allowing the foot to be maintained by the top, bottom and sides, thanks to two slats having only one point of attachment each. The invention relates to a tongue allowing the foot to be maintained only on one side, thus preventing the foot from sliding from left to right or from bottom to top. It consists of two templates (1 + 2 and 3 + 4) inlaid between the first (5) and the sole (6) and ensures foot stability while respecting the airy appearance of a classic tongue.

Description

The present invention relates to a footwear tongue tongue omni type, allowing the foot to be maintained by the top, bottom and sides, with two slats (one at the front and one at the back), not having only one point of attachment each. The classic flip-flops do not allow a stable support of the foot, despite one or more straps. Existing models have at least two straps each having at least two attachment points on the sole, but this does not change the holding of the foot in the footwear. In addition, an excess of thongs would turn the tongue into a sandal or shoe. The principle of this invention overcomes this problem of yawning of the foot in the footwear, while having a foot as airy with a conventional tongue. It has indeed according to a first feature two superimposed soles between which are embedded two bases (figl and 2), one at the front and one at the back of the footwear. According to a second characteristic, these pedestals are both extended by lamellae which encircle the neck of the foot (fig6, 7 and 8) and the base of the toes (fig3, 4 and 5). These two strips therefore have only one point of attachment each and remain flexible for a better comfort. This also facilitates the donning and loosening of the tongue. According to the different modes of shoe manufacture: - The templates (base + cover) are molded in a sufficiently rigid material to ensure the support of the foot and flexible enough not to hurt on the one hand and facilitate the dressing of the shoe. tongue on the other hand; - These templates can be glued between the two soles and / or sewn. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents the top view of the tongue, thus allowing a visualization of the two inlaid bases (1 and 4).

Les figures 3-4 et 5 représentent le gabarit avant de la tongue composé d'un socle (1) et d'une lamelle (2), avec respectivement, les vues de haut, profil et de face.FIG. 2 represents a profile view, showing an anatomy of the templates comprising lamellae around the instep and forefoot (2 and 3), extended by a base each (1 and 4), embedded between the first and the sole (5 and 6). Figures 3-4 and 5 show the front jig of the tongue composed of a base (1) and a slat (2), with respectively, the views from above, profile and face.

Cette lamelle avant est issue du socle avant (1) sur lequel repose toute la partie avant de la plante du pied (fig.l et 3).Figures 6-7 and 8 show the rear jig of the tongue, composed in the same way (3 and 4), with, respectively, the top, side and side views. With reference to these drawings, the invention comprises a. shape adapted to the anatomy of the foot, especially at the level of templates. According to all the illustrations, the rear lamella 2 of the foot 3 perfectly matches a neck of the foot (FIG. 7 and 8) and the base (4) from which it is derived, to form the rear jig, is under the entire surface of the heel (fig6). Likewise for the front part of the tongue, the front slat (2) is designed so as to rest on the forefoot, from the base of the toes to the outer side at the level of the middle of the foot ( fig.2 4 and 5). This front plate is derived from the front base (1) on which rests the entire front part of the sole of the foot (fig.l and 3).

45 Different variations, not illustrated, may be made according to the age and gender of the wearer. The technical system according to the invention is particularly intended for the design of shoes sandals type tongue in all ranges of size. The method thus adapts as a child, a woman, a man and can also be used for treating the sandal of the foot jewel type with stones and various ornaments. 45
