Abstract
Description

Capsulateur à mâchoires commander par vérin, ou 4S par excentrique, et en ramenant 2 vérins avec les grandes mâchoires qui permettent de rabattre les plis. Mon procédé consiste à travaillé avec une seule poche gonflable pour former les 4 plis, et de 4 galets pour rabattre les plis. La réalisation de I'appareil "CPGL/08" est le suivant 'L e Une cloche en aluminium avec un orifice diamètre :21 mm à l'extrémité un trou 1/8 gaz sur le coté, qui va permettre le gonflage d'une membrane en caoutchouc qu'on introduit à l'intérieur, de la cloche en aluminium, celle-ci est maintenue par une rondelle de tête fixée par 6 vis M5 sur un diamètre de 115 mm, un support alu est monté à l'extérieur de la cloche et fixé par 4 vis CHC M6 à 90° ce support permet de venir tenir les 4 bras alu sur z. s lequel sont fixé les 4 galets caoutchouc qui permettent le rabattage des plis, les bras articulés sont commander par une chambre à air fixé sur la pièce alu, une pièce bronze d'un diamètre de 40mm fileté 1/2 gaz sur une longueur de 60mm. qui permet de venir tenir la membrane caoutchouc au fond de la cloche alu,un écrou 1/2 gaz acier, une plaque amère en acier de l2mm d'épais percée pour la fixation soit à l'horizontale soit à la verticale dans 3o le centre de la plaque, un alésage au diamètre 93 permettant à la cloche alu, de venir glisser à l'intérieur. Sur cette plaque nous avons aussi des trous de fixation pour la micro vanne qui permet de gonfler et de dégonfler la poche par un simple mouvement de va et vient, une oreille en tôle de 6mm avec perçage d'un diamètre de 21 et d'un diamètre de 8mm cette 2 5 pièce et fixé en même temps que la membrane est tenue par un écrou 1/2 gaz, une fois serré cela ne fait plus qu'un sur l'extrémité de l'oreille le diamètre 8 permet de fixé une came bronze qui permet de venir commander la micro vanne, nous avons une autre micro vanne qui est fixé à l'intérieur avec un curseur réglable fixe en haut de la tige de vérin qui nous permet d'introduire le flacon à l'intérieur de la membrane en caoutchouc qui va former les quatres plis sur la coiffe. Le principe: nous mettons le flacon sous la cloche nous commandons la descente de la tête, soit par commande manuelle, pneumatique et électrique par des boutons poussoirs, ou automatique par cellule, la cloche descends sur le flacon doter d'une coiffe le col du flacon est introduit jusqu'à venir sortir la poche de son support "tôle de l2mm" est donc déconnecter, la micro vanne qui vient aussitôt gonfler la membrane, les 4 plis sont fait la cloche remonte la membrane se purge l'autre micro vanne prend le relais, elle vient gonfler un tuyau gonflable "chambre à air" fixé sur la périphérie de la bride alu, les galets viennent donc en pression sur le col du flacon et par extraction de la cloche les galets viennent donc rabattre les plis. les galets sont usinés et moulés pour être au plus rapprochant des rayons du flacon.
