Abstract
Description
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de pulvérisation de produit de traitement dans les cultures, et notamment adapté à la viticulture et l'arboriculture. On connaît déjà des dispositifs de pulvérisation de produit de traitement qui comprennent essentiellement des buses de pulvérisation disposées sur des rampes destinées à être portées par un châssis lui-même apte à être fixé sur un engin tracteur. De manière générale, dans les domaines de la viticulture et de l'arboriculture, les rampes sont disposées en sorte que les buses propulsent le produit de traitement en jets horizontaux, perpendiculairement au plan formé par la végétation. Il a également été proposé des procédés consistant à pulvériser les produits de traitement à partir un d'avion volant à basse altitude en sorte que le déplacement d'air permette d'une part de disperser le produit et d'agiter la végétation pour permettre une répartition homogène. De tels dispositifs sont toutefois réservés aux grandes étendues, et ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour les petites parcelles, dans le cas de la vigne notamment. La plupart de ces dispositifs présente l'inconvénient que la répartition du produit de traitement n'est pas optimisée, une partie de ce produit n'atteignant pas la végétation, ce qui est préjudiciable du point de vue coût et du point de vue environnemental. La présente invention a pour but de proposer un dispositif 5 de pulvérisation permettant de remédier aux divers inconvénients précités. Le dispositif de pulvérisation de produit de traitement dans les cultures, et notamment adapté à la viticulture et à l'arboriculture selon l'invention, est du type comprenant des 10 buses de pulvérisation de produit de traitement associées à des moyens de production de courants d'air, et il se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il comporte une structure support prévue apte à être portée par un engin mobile, et comprenant au moins une paire d'éléments verticaux disposés en vis-à-vis et 15 destinés à être positionnés de part et d'autre de la végétation à traiter, chacun desdits éléments comprenant au moins une buse de pulvérisation associée à un ventilateur pointés sensiblement horizontalement en direction de l'autre élément. Les ventilateurs des deux éléments verticaux créent deux 20 flux d'air qui s'affrontent au niveau de la végétation, produisant ainsi des remous dans lesquels est projeté le produit de traitement. Selon une caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention, chaque ensemble d'une buse et 25 d'un ventilateur est associé à des moyens déflecteurs agencés au niveau de l'élément vertical. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention, les éléments déflecteurs présentent une orientation permettant de guider le flux d'air 30 produit par les ventilateurs. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention, il comporte des éléments déflecteurs orientables. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif 35 de pulvérisation selon l'invention, chacun des éléments comporte en partie supérieure un ventilateur dirigé obliquement vers le bas et vers l'autre élément. Selon une autre caractéristique additionnelle du dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention, les deux éléments verticaux sont liés l'un à l'autre au travers d'une traverse de longueur réglable. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier du dis de pulvérisation selon l'invention, chacun des éléments verticaux comprend deux joues parallèles entretoisées par une pluralité de parois transversales qui forment avec lesdites joues des conduits d'axes sensiblement horizontaux, en regard desquels sont disposés les ventilateurs, et dans lesquels sont placées les buses de pulvérisation de produit de traitement. Les avantages et les caractéristiques du dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention, ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif. Dans le dessin annexé : -la figure 1 représente une vue schématique partielle en perspective d'un dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention. - la figure 2 représente une vue schématique en élévation de profil d'une partie du même dispositif. En référence à la figure 1, on peut voir qu'un dispositif de pulvérisation selon l'invention comprend une structure support 1 destinée à être assujettie à un engin tracteur non représenté, et qui comprend essentiellement deux éléments verticaux 2 séparés par un espace 10, et reliés supérieurement par une traverse 11 qui est prévue réglable en longueur en sorte de permettre de faire varier la largeur de l'espace 10. According to another additional feature of the spraying device according to the invention, the two vertical elements are connected to each other through a cross member of adjustable length. According to a particular embodiment of the sputtering according to the invention, each of the vertical elements comprises two parallel cheeks bridged by a plurality of transverse walls which form with said cheeks substantially horizontal axis ducts, opposite which are arranged the fans and in which the treatment product spray nozzles are placed. The advantages and characteristics of the spraying device according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which refers to the appended drawing, which represents a non-limiting embodiment thereof. With reference to FIG. 1, it can be seen that a spraying device according to the invention comprises a support structure 1 intended to be secured to a tractor vehicle, not shown, and which essentially comprises two vertical elements 2 separated by a space 10, and connected superiorly by a cross member 11 which is provided adjustable in length so as to make it possible to vary the width of the space 10.

De plus, chacun des éléments verticaux 2 est muni supérieurement d'un ventilateur 30, fixé de manière orientable à l'extrémité de bras 12 solidaire de la traverse 11, et essentiellement dirigé obliquement vers le bas et vers l'élément vertical 2 opposé. En pratique le support 1 est déplacé dans la culture à traiter de manière à enjamber la végétation 5 qui se trouve alors engagée dans l'espace 10. Le fonctionnement simultané des buses 4 et des ventilateurs 3 permet de créer u brouillard de produit de traitement. Les deux flux d'air créés par les ventilateurs 3 des deux éléments verticaux 2, s'affrontent et provoquent des turbulences au coeur de la végétation, permettant ainsi une répartition homogène du produit de traitement. Comme on peut le voir plus particulièrement sur la figure 22 qui représente un élément vertical 2, les parois transversales 21 qui font office de déflecteurs ne sont pas toutes parallèles, celles du haut sont de préférence inclinées vers le bas, tandis que celles dans bas sont inclinées vers le haut, et que les parois 21 intermédiaires sont sensiblement horizontales. Tout est conçu en sorte que le brouillard de produit émis par les buses 4, soit contenu par les différents flux d'air, et entièrement destiné au traitement de la végétation. Cette contention est par ailleurs améliorée par la mise en fonctionnement des ventilateurs 30. La répartition du produit de traitement sur la végétation est ainsi optimisée, ce qui, outre une efficacité maximale du traitement, autorise une économie de produit et d'eau, et évite de répandre un surplus de produit dans le sol. Selon une variante non représentée, les parois transversales 21, ou du moins certaines, notamment celles des extrémités haute et basse, sont conçues en sorte de pouvoir en modifier l'inclinaison à volonté.
