Abstract
Description
Bodybuilding or stretching machines offer multiple exercise possibilities depending on the shape and characteristics of the devices. But they do not offer the possibility of performing exercises on the complete path of a muscle chain. They sometimes work all the muscles, but in isolation. If they have a hanging system, it is usually unique. They do not provide sufficient volume to contain the human body and the peripheral space necessary for the attachment systems. The traditional pulley therapy cage could meet this requirement, but it has the defects mentioned above and does not present a means of attachment on the ground. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It is constituted in fact, according to a first feature, a cage-shaped gantry whose material characteristics make it possible to support at least the weight of the body of the user, whose dimensions, for an adult, of at least 2 meters of 20 side and 2 meters to 2 meters 50 in height, allow the establishment of hanging straps at 3 different locations of the body of the user, whose horizontal bars provided with strong means of attachment allow the exercises in vertical traction, the vertical uprights lined, at least for three of them, of a metal chain with large links allows exercises in lateral traction and whose surface self-gripping ground firmly attached to the cage or the ground allows the grounding exercises, all making it possible to practice muscle stretching exercises in joint decompression at the level of the 4 limbs and the trunk. According to particular embodiments: the composition and the structure of the vertical and horizontal bars of the cage make it possible to withstand single, double or triple complete suspension catches. - Drilled holes in the vertical or horizontal bars of the frame can allow to engage various means of attachment. Horizontal bars or complementary structural elements may make it possible to improve the solidity or comfort of certain exercises. the material composition of the chains and their attachment to the cage by threaded rods makes it possible to make the column rigid and makes possible lateral clashes on all the rings. - The constitution and the quality of the attachment of the self-gripping floor covering allows to retain a self-gripping band attached to any location on the ground. 10 - the establishment of horizontal bars between the legs of the uprights can help strengthen the strength of the whole and improve the strength of the carpet. - Fixing in the ground by simply nesting or screwing the four legs of the uprights can enhance the stability of the entire cage. Converging bars in the center, slightly oblique towards the top of the corners towards the center and secured by a cross-fitting element can reinforce the strength of the device of the invention and provide a central point of attachment. 20 - an interlocking of each piece of the device of the invention allows it to be dismountable in the manner of a garden arbor. - Corner pieces can allow the nesting of a second, then a third device, etc. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows the device of the invention. FIG. 2 represents the device of the invention with three practical examples of use. With reference to these drawings, and by way of example, the device consists of a solid square gantry type assembly (1) comprising four vertical uprights, eight horizontal bars interconnected in the form of a cage. The horizontal bars are provided with holes (4) receiving hooks or hooks screwed spaced, every 50 centimeters, for example. The uprights are lined with a metal chain (2), firmly attached to the horizontal members and energized with a threaded rod. The carpet is securely fastened to the four legs of the uprights by riveted rings or any other means of attachment and possibly to the floor bars. The metal rings allow a precise adjustment of the height of attachment and the adjustment of the angles of traction which determine the articular positions. Their rigidity is provided by a threaded rod whose rotation increases the power up to its maximum. The overall effect of the device is to allow stretching in muscle chains and decompression joints that require a double or triple fixation (high-lateral, lateral-ground, high-ground, lateral-lateral-ground) with a wingspan of hanging greater than 2 meters. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the recovery and maintenance of body flexibility for medical, sports or wellness purposes. It therefore concerns rehabilitation and rehabilitation institutions, physical medicine and physiotherapy practices, sports and fitness centers and home-based practice.
et d'autre part, d'une sangle fronto-occipitale (7) qui unit l'avant et l'arrière du bandeau et permet de transformer les forces de pression en traction vers le haut. and on the other hand, a fronto-occipital strap (7) which unites the front and the rear of the strip and makes it possible to transform the pressure forces into traction upwards.
