Description

Traditionally, solar showers have a separate tank that stores a quantity of water for limited use. When using this heated water, empty the tank which fills with cold water causing a rapid drop in water temperature. Once the amount of hot water is exhausted, wait for the water to warm up by exposure to the sun. The use of solar showers can only be done intermittently. This constraint makes it necessary to separate the cold water and hot water pipes on the existing showers in order to limit the cooling of the hot water, which considerably deteriorates the aesthetics of the products proposed. Also the present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by providing a storage device ensuring a long circulation of water which by its path allows to heat the cold water compensating the water to evacuate during the use of the shower. This heater is designed to optimize the heating of the water at rest and the heating of cold water during use.

To optimize the heating of the water, the tank is designed with a very thermo-conductive material, which can be aluminum. The tank consists of one or more tubular sections. The internal and external surfaces of this tank are ribbed to increase the surface exposed to the sun to capture the caloric energy outside and to restore as soon as possible these calories stored water by increasing the contact area with the water. The tank is designed so that all its faces are exposed to the sun, whatever the mounting position of the shower. When using hot water, the device according to the invention will force the water in the tank to follow a path guided by tubes incorporated in the tank. This path will allow the water to warm up before reaching the outlet valve and also thanks to the convection phenomenon, mix and reheat the cold water entering the tank. 2908503 -2 The water distribution device will increase the warming potential of the water, while limiting the influence of cold water when using it. Indeed inside the tank there are several separate pipes. At least one of these tubings, through a connection with the tank at the top, will bring the hot water to the mixing valve. At least one of these pipes will bring the cold water through a connection with the cold water pipe supplying the reservoir A, at least, of these pipes will allow the water out of one or both taps mixers to feed the shower head or the misting system. It should be noted that all these ducts are in contact with the tank. The hot water pipes and the water coming out of the taps are in contact with the hottest part of the tank in order to benefit from the maximum temperature. The cold water pipes are located as close as possible to the pipe supplying the reservoir with cold water.

Other features and advantages will emerge from the following description of the invention, a description given by way of example only, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. A is a perspective view of the circulation of the water in a tank according to the invention. Figure B is a perspective view of a reservoir device including dispensing manifolds. Figure C is a close-up view of the end of the reservoir according to the invention. - Figure D is a cross section of the tank and pipes 25 in the tank according to the invention. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a reservoir (1) consisting of n tubes (6A), (6B), (6C), ... interconnected by n passages (3), (4), (5) ... of various shapes, allowing the circulation of water in all the tubes.

On one of these tubes, a passage (7) allows the water to enter the reservoir (1) fixed vertically. The water enters via the pipe (2) connected to the passage (7), located in the lower part in the tube (6A). 2908503 -3 On the tube (6C), farthest from the cold water inlet tube (6A), a passage (9), located at the top, allows the water to exit towards the water tap hot (17). The cold water flowing in a current (8) between the tube (6A) and (6B) 5 and the tube (6B) and (6C), will cross a warmer water coming from the top of the tube downstream (6C) via the passage (5) located in the upper part. The passages (3), (4), (5) can be of different shapes and sizes to accentuate the current (8). In Figure B, there is shown a reservoir (1) in vertical position, closed at its ends by plugs (12). This tank (1) incorporates a pipe (14) through which the cold water arrives, via the pipe (2). A valve (18) connected to this pipe (14) will allow to feed a second pipe (15), incorporated in the tank (1), leading the water to the shower head (13).

This reservoir (1) incorporates a third tubing (16) through which the hot water arrives via the passage (9). A tap (17) connected to this tubing (16) will allow to supply the tubing (15) leading the water to the shower head (13). The shower head may be associated with a misting system as the case may be.

The reservoir (1) has ribs (20) of varying amounts and shapes. These ribs (20) may be disposed on the inner and outer surface of the tank. The reservoir (1) has grooves (21) of varying amounts and shapes capable of receiving fasteners. For example screws.

These grooves (21) may be disposed on the inner and outer surface of the tank. The tank (1) is constituted by one or more assembled profiles forming n tubes (6A), (6B), (6C) ... These profiles will be made of fairly conductive material, for example wa aluminum alloy.

According to a variant not shown, it is possible to fix other valves on the tubes (14), (15), (16), this allowing to have cold water or hot or mixed other than in the knob of shower (13).
