Abstract
Description
Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné au corps médical et paramédical. medical device to perform therapeutic control and functional analysis of the organs using electrodes placed at 6 points of the skin in a time of 2 to 3 minutes. The technique used is bioelectrical impedance, conventional therapeutic control requires expensive medical examinations (especially laboratory tests) and time for the patient. The device is non-invasive (sending a current of 1.28V) fast and achievable in the doctor's office. It also allows the functional analysis of organs to target the prescription of additional examinations. The device according to the invention named Electro Interstitial Scan (E.I.S.) makes it possible to reduce the costs of the therapeutic control and the complementary examinations, and to carry out the control in the medical office. The medical device comprises an electronic box which sends via cables and electrodes a DC voltage of 1.28V at 6 zones of the skin; the housing returns in digital form via the USB port the intensities recorded in the interstitial fluid of a body volume between 2 electrodes, to an expert software installed in a computer. The electrodes are placed symmetrically on the right and left at the forehead, hands and feet. Hand and foot electrodes are polished and reusable stainless steel. The electrodes of the forehead are gelled over their entire surface and disposable. - A measurement requires the recording of 22 volumes. The software processes intensity measurements of the 22 volumes using mathematical reconstruction calculations in direct and inverse methods to model the human body and position the organs. the box presents: - a USB input intended to be put in connection with the USB port of a computer, a green diode making it possible to judge its setting in tension. The power supply to the enclosure is provided through the USB port of the computer. - 4 RCA tips to receive the electrode connection cables. The fourth tip is necessary to check the proper operation of the cables. The cables are divided into 2 parts to feed the 2 electrodes right and left. The electrodes of the feet and hands rest on branded plexiglass plates mounted on rubber feet to cushion shocks. The representation at the program level is realized in the form of synthetic images of the human body where the function of the different organs is visualized by a chromatology corresponding to certain functional parameters. The device according to the invention is intended for the medical and paramedical body.
