Abstract

The device has an oil return pipe (17) for connecting an oil outlet orifice (16) to a lubrication circuit of a heat combustion engine. A cylindrical end fitting (21) is welded at an end of the pipe, and is blocked in translation in an outer boss of a body of a turbocharger by an elastic ring (24). An O-ring (22) assures a sealing between the end fitting and the boss, where the end fitting is adjusted during mounting in the boss. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a lubrication pipe of a turbocharger on a body of the turbocharger.

- 1 - DISPOSITIF DE LUBRIFICATION DE TURBOCOMPRESSEUR ET PROCEDE DE- 1 - TURBOCHARGER LUBRICATION DEVICE AND METHOD OF

MONTAGE D'UN TUYAU DE LUBRIFICATION La présente invention se rapporte aux turbocompresseurs de moteur à combustion. Elle concerne leur système de lubrification, et en particulier la fixation d'un tuyau de lubrification, sur le carter central du turbocompresseur. Plus précisément, cette invention a pour objet un dispositif de lubrification d'un turbocompresseur de moteur à combustion comportant une turbine recevant les gaz d'échappement qui entraîne un compresseur par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre commun tournant dans un palier, au moins un orifice d'arrivée d'huile sur le palier et un orifice de sortie raccordés par des tuyaux de lubrification au circuit de lubrification du moteur. Elle concerne également un procédé de montage d'un tuyau de lubrification de turbocompresseur sur le corps de ce dernier.  The present invention relates to combustion engine turbochargers. It also relates to a method of mounting a turbocharger lubrication pipe on the body of the latter.

Les moteurs thermiques à combustion comportent un circuit de lubrification de leurs principaux organes. Lorsqu'ils sont équipés d'un turbocompresseur, une branche de ce circuit est connectée au turbocompresseur pour lubrifier des paliers dans lesquels un arbre reliant la turbine au compresseur est monté rotatif. Après le turbocompresseur, le circuit se poursuit par une branche de retour vers le réservoir de carter du moteur. La publication EP 1 433 930, décrit en particulier un circuit de lubrification de turbocompresseur, dans 2908154 - 2 - lequel les tuyaux d'arrivée et de retour de lubrifiant sur le turbocompresseur, sont fixés ensemble et sur un écran de protection thermique en un ou plusieurs points, constituant ainsi un ensemble intégré, qui présente une 5 bride d'extrémité, vissée sur le palier central du turbocompresseur. Le vissage d'une telle bride dans la zone de palier central du turbocompresseur, est toutefois une opération malaisée, en raison de l'encombrement de cette zone, et 10 du peu de place disponible pour le passage des visseuses. La présente invention vise à remédier aux difficultés de fixation des tuyaux lubrification, sur un turbocompresseur. Dans ce but, elle propose que l'extrémité de 15 raccordement d'au moins un tuyau de lubrification sur le corps du turbocompresseur, présente un embout cylindrique bloqué en translation par un anneau élastique sur celui-ci. Selon un mode de réalisation non limitatif de 20 l'invention, le tuyau concerné, est le tuyau de retour d'huile sur le carter de réservoir du moteur. De préférence, l'embout est soudé sur le tuyau. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront clairement de la description 25 suivante d'un mode de réalisation non limitatif de l'invention, en se reportant aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue d'ensemble de turbocompresseur, 2908154 3 - la figure 2 est une vue latérale montrant en coupe des moyens de fixation de retour d'huile de turbocompresseur conventionnels, et - la figure 3 fait apparaître, à la place de ces 5 derniers, les moyens de fixation proposés par l'invention. Sur la figure 1, on distingue le carter turbine 1, le carter compresseur 2, ainsi que la bride d'entrée turbine 3 d'un turbocompresseur 4. Apparaissent également 10 la sortie des gaz de la turbine 6 vers l'échappement, l'embout d'entrée d'air 7 du compresseur 2, en provenance du filtre à air (non représenté), l'actionneur 8 de clapet de décharge du débit d'air, et le tuyau de sortie d'air 9 du compresseur, en direction du répartiteur 15 d'admission. L'arbre central du turbocompresseur (non représenté) reliant la turbine au compresseur, est supporté dans un palier central 11, auquel sont associés une entrée 12 et une sortie d'air de refroidissement 13, 20 ainsi que le dispositif de lubrification faisant l'objet de l'invention. Ce dispositif comprend, un tuyau d'alimentation (non représenté), raccordé sur l'orifice d'arrivée d'huile 14 apparaissant sur les figures 2 et 3, et un 25 orifice de sortie 16 raccordé sur un tuyau de retour d'huile 17 en direction du réservoir de carter du moteur. Sur ces deux figures, on retrouve les orifices d'entrée et de sortie d'eau de refroidissement 12, 13, déjà visibles sur la figure 1. 2908154 - 4 Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un mode d'assemblage classique du tuyau de retour d'huile 17 sur le palier central 9 de turbocompresseur, par une bride d'extrémité 18, fixée par deux vis 19 sur celui-ci. Comme indiqué 5 plus haut, ce mode d'assemblage présente un inconvénient majeur, lié aux difficultés de vissage de la bride sur le palier central du turbocompresseur. Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, l'invention propose de souder, à l'extrémité d'un tuyau de 10 lubrification, tel que le tuyau de retour d'huile 17, un embout cylindrique 21, à l'extérieur duquel est monté un joint torique 22 selon la disposition illustrée par la figure 3. L'embout 21 peut avantageusement être soudé sur le tuyau 17, mais sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, on 15 peut envisager d'autres modes de fixation. Le corps de turbocompresseur présente un bossage extérieur 23, dans lequel l'embout cylindrique est ajusté au montage. L'étanchéité de la liaison entre l'embout cylindrique 21 et le bossage 23 du corps de 20 turbocompresseur, est assurée par un joint torique 22, disposé entre ces derniers. Enfin, au montage, l'embout est bloqué en translation dans le bossage 23 par l'anneau élastique 24 apparaissant sur la figure 3.  Combustion engines have a lubrication circuit for their main components. According to a non-limiting embodiment of the invention, the pipe concerned is the oil return pipe on the engine tank housing. Preferably, the tip is welded to the pipe. To overcome this drawback, the invention proposes to weld, at the end of a lubrication pipe, such as the oil return pipe 17, a cylindrical nozzle 21, outside of which is mounted a seal 22. The tip 21 may advantageously be welded to the pipe 17, but without departing from the scope of the invention, one can consider other modes of attachment. The turbocharger body has an outer boss 23, wherein the cylindrical tip is fitted to the mount. The sealing of the connection between the cylindrical nozzle 21 and the boss 23 of the turbocharger body is provided by an O-ring 22 disposed between them. Finally, during assembly, the end piece is locked in translation in the boss 23 by the elastic ring 24 appearing in FIG.
