Abstract

The element i.e. screw (1), has a head (4) with a receptacle for receiving rods of a vertebral column deformation correction device. The receptacle opens towards a top by a channel (13) with a U-shaped section defined by lateral arms (14, 15). Internal surfaces of the lateral arms are provided with a thread for the insertion and blocking of a threaded stopper. An elastic element formed by the portions of the lateral arms of the head locally limits the width of the channel and stops expulsion of the rods outside the receptacle.
