Abstract

The housing has two articulated plastic half-shells including a locking unit for locking and incorporating a remotely detectable marker. Transverse shafts are connected to edges of the half-shells, respectively, by a link arm along one of the edges of the half-shells. The shafts and the arm are molded into a single piece with the corresponding half-shell. The half-shells include transverse recesses for receiving the shafts to form pivoting articulation. The recesses open outwards to permit the arm and the shafts to be inserted into multiple complementary recesses when the housing is open.

Description

Anti-theft case

  The present invention relates to the field of antitheft boxes for the presentation of articles in supermarkets or self-service distribution. Such housings are in a known solution composed of two articulated half-shells, provided with a locking means and incorporating a remotely detectable marker. The locking is in particular ensured by a magnetically deactivatable system, by bringing the lock of an unlocking device provided with a permanent magnet. This magnet attracts one or more blades or metal weights that block the closure system, and whose movement allows the opening of the locking system. But the invention is not limited to this preferential locking mode, and also relates to anti-theft housings comprising other locking solutions. The marker is formed for example by a radio frequency tag having an induction loop. The passage outside the authorized locations triggers an alert through terminals having a generator of a magnetic field whose frequency is set to cause a resonant absorption in the loop of an antitheft box. This marker can also be constituted by an active label of the type designated by the English name RFID Tag comprising a transponder. The object of the invention is to provide a solid housing and low manufacturing cost, by limiting the number of parts.

  For this purpose, the invention relates in its most general sense to a housing characterized in that one of the half-shells has along one of its edges a plurality of transverse axes each connected to the edges of the half-shell. hull by a connecting arm, the axes and the arms being molded in one piece with the corresponding half-shell, and in that the complementary half-shell has transverse housings for receiving said axes to form a pivoting joint, said housing opening outwards to allow, when the housing is open, the insertion of the plurality of arms and axes in a plurality of complementary housing. Preferably, an axis and the corresponding arm have, in section along a cross sectional plane passing between the two closed half-shells, a general shape of T.

  According to a variant, the arm has a stiffener extending perpendicularly to the corresponding axis and to the wall of the half-shell extended by said arm. Advantageously, the arm is formed by a cylindrical body extending the half-shell, the pins being formed by cylindrical extensions extending on either side of said cylindrical body, the section of the axes being smaller than the section of the bodies. According to a particular embodiment, the edge of one of the demicoques has grooves for the passage of the arms, extending perpendicularly to the axes of the complementary half-shell, said grooves being extended on either side of a housing whose upper part is semi-tubular.

  The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, with reference to the appended drawing corresponding to a non-limiting embodiment.

  The housing is formed of two half-shells (1, 2) of transparent plastic, each molded in one piece. They are generally parallelepipedal shapes. The front portion (3) of the housing has connection areas (4 to 7) interacting with a latch not shown in the drawing.

  The opposite part (8) has an articulation formed by the cooperation between parts of each of the half-shells. The half-shell (1) has splines (10 to 13) and slots (14 to 15). The grooves (10 to 13) extend on either side by hollow housings (20 to 23 and 30 to 33) extending from the bottom of the housing (50) to the front portions (40 to 45) having a semitubular internal surface. These parts are moldable with a simple injection mold as they all extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom (50) of the housing.

  The slots (14, 15) are also extended on either side by hollow housings (24, 25, 34, 35) closed by bottoms (44, 45, 46).

  The complementary half-shell (2) has extensions (60 to 66) each formed by an arm (70 to 76) extended on either side by axes (80, 90). The arm is formed by a cylindrical body extending the edge of the half-shell (2). The set of arms, axes and the half-shell is molded in one piece.

  The arms (70 to 76) can slide into the splines (10 to 13), and the axes (80, 90) can slide into the slots (20 to 25 and 30 to 35). When they come into abutment against the inner surface of the front portions (40 to 46), they form an articulation allowing the relative tilting of one half-shell relative to the other, and the opening and closing of the housing. The invention avoids the use of an added hinge or the incorporation of an additional axis.

claims   1 antitheft housing composed of two half-shells (1,   2) articulated, provided with a locking means and incorporating a remotely detectable marker characterized in that one of the half-shells (1, 2) has along one of its edges a plurality of connected transverse axes each at the edges of the half-shell by a connecting arm, the axes and the arms being molded in one piece with the corresponding half-shell, and in that the complementary half-shell has transverse housings for receiving said axes; in order to form a pivoting joint, said housing opening outwardly to allow, when the housing is open, the insertion of the plurality of arms and axes in a plurality of complementary housings. 2 - antitheft housing according to claim 1 characterized in that an axis and the corresponding arm have, in section along a transverse sectional plane passing between the two half-shells (1, 2) closed, a general shape of T. 3 antitheft housing according to claim 1 characterized in that the arm has a stiffener extending perpendicularly to the corresponding axis and the wall of the half-shell extended by said arm. 4 ù antitheft housing according to claim 1 characterized in that the arm is formed by a cylindrical body extending the half-shell, the axes being formed by cylindrical extensions extending on either side of said cylindrical body, the section of axes being smaller than the body section. Anti-theft casing according to claim 1, characterized in that the edge of one of the half-shells (1, 2) has bores for the passage of the arms, extending perpendicularly to the axes of the complementary half-shell, said splines being extended on either side of a housing whose upper part is semi-tubular.
