Abstract

The device has a calibrated grid (2) positioned on a guide (3) and perforated with different rows of orifices (9, 9a, 9b) with a numerical marking on a side of the grid. A calibrated strip (7) permits to determine number of beads (6, 6a, 6b) on the grid by positioning a container (5) corresponding to a chosen number on the strip. A rod (4) is introduced in the guide to block the orifices for retaining the beads during counting. A brush (8) spreads the beads for filling all the orifices in upstream of the grid, and the orifices are liberated by retiring the rod to drop the beads.

Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.I1 comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un bac parallélépipédique dont les doubles parois intérieur sont en forme de vé et dont chaque partie latérale est perforée en leur axe d'un orifice rectangulaire. Un guide de forme correspondante à l'orifice est logé. Une grille calibrée, de section plus importante, perforée de plusieurs rangées d'orifice avec un repérage numérique sur le côté permettant un comptage rapide de perles par référence au chiffre visualisé. Un godet coulissant situé dans le bac et sur la grille calibrée permet après positionnement dudit godet sur un chiffre, d'obtenir la quantité de perle souhaitée. Une fois les perles versées en quantité suffisante dans le bac et sur la partie avant de la grille calibrée, un pinceau permet de les faire glisser sur ladite grille calibrée, perforée au diamètre des perles en les faisant tomber dans les orifices remplissant de ce faite tout lesdits orifices nécessaire pour obtenir la quantité de perles souhaitée par rapport au positionnement du godet sur le chiffre de la grille calibrée. Le surplus de perles est ensuite récupéré dans le godet puis vider. Une tige de section moindre par rapport au guide est introduite dans ce dernier permettrant d'obstruer les orifices se trouvant sur la grille calibrée empêchant aux perles versées dans le bac et sur la grille calibrée de tomber dans le dit guide. A chaque graduation correspond un nombre d'orifices dans la grille calibré indiquant ainsi le nombre de perles contenu les orifices (9,9a, 9b). REVENDICATIONS 1)Dispositif pour compter les perles selon un calibre choisi caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bac parallélépipédique dont l'intérieur est doublée d'une paroi à l'avant et à l'arrière, évasée en sa partie supérieure en forme de vé (1) et dont la base se termine par un canal à angle droit, l'intérieur duquel vient se logé le guide (3) qui traverse les parois latérales de part en part et dépassant seulement sur l'un des deux cotés d'une longueur suffisante pour facilité la récupération des perles.Sur ce guide (3) vient se posé une grille calibrée (2) , celle-ci est perforée de plusieurs rangées d'orifices correspondant au calibre des perles(6,6a,6b) désiré par l'utilisateur. Sur cette de grille calibré (2) une bande graduée (7) permet de déterminer le nombre de perles en faisant correspondre le positionnement du godet (5), qui fait office de curseur, au numéro choisi sur cette bande. Ce numéro indique à l'utilisateur le nombre d'orifices (9,9a, 9b) dans la grille en amont du godet (5). La tige (4) de forme correspondante au guide (3) est introduite afin d'obstruer les orifices de la grille calibrée (2) permettant ainsi de retenir les perles (6,6a, 6b) pendant de comptage. Le pinceau (8) permet d'étaler les perles de manière à remplir tous les orifices (9,9a, 9b) en amont du godet, le surplus de perles est évacué dans le godet (5).
