  The makeup compositions may also comprise water or a hydrophilic phase, and may then be in particular in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, a water-in-oil emulsion or a multiple emulsion, especially when it comes to a foundation, tinted cream, care cream or a sun product. Nail polishes are generally in the form of a solution of an organic solvent.

  These compositions, when they are applied to the skin, the mucous membranes or the semi-mucous membranes, do not always have good behavior.

  It has indeed been found that some compositions have a tendency to spread within the fine lines and / or wrinkles of the skin, in the case of foundations, in the fine lines that surround the lips, in the case of reds in the folds of the eyelid, in the case of eyeshadow. Similarly, over time, it happens that the original color turns. Finally, in the case of nail polish, it happens that the product is cracked, flakes or does not resist rubbing.

  In addition, some makeup products may have the disadvantage of transferring. By this is meant that the composition is capable of being deposited, at least in part, on certain supports with which it is brought into contact, such as, for example, a glass, a garment or the skin.

  All these phenomena generate an unsightly effect that we obviously want to avoid.

  There is therefore still a need for products, especially make-up products, which have improved hold while having good cosmetic properties.

  To give satisfaction in these terms, the document EP 1 303 246 proposes to superimpose two cosmetic compositions on the surface to be made up. In this document, a first composition comprises a proadhesive material and a second composition comprises a diffusing compound, for example an oil. This results in improved holding properties.

  The present invention aims to propose new associations in the image of those mentioned above.

  Consequently, according to one of its aspects, the invention relates to a cosmetic makeup and / or care product comprising at least: a first composition containing, in a cosmetologically acceptable medium, at least one alcohol having a molecular weight of less than or equal to at 1000 g / mol, and a second composition containing, in a cosmetologically acceptable medium, at least one polymer chosen from homopolymers and co-polymers of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) having a Tg greater than or equal to 25 ° C.

  The homopolymers or copolymers of HEMA more particularly considered in the second composition according to the present invention are described in particular in US 6,706,836, US 6,653,427, US 6,743,880 and US 2004-0266965, whose teachings are incorporated herein by reference.

  In particular, they are proposed as a topical coating for the skin given their adhesive qualities and their good safety.

  Unexpectedly, the inventors have noted that a cosmetic product associating such a copolymer with an alcohol according to the invention is particularly advantageous in terms of its cosmetic qualities.

  Thus, the inventors have noticed that the products in accordance with the invention as described above exhibit a significantly reduced fatty and sticky effect. This property is advantageous in many ways. First, it confers on the corresponding cosmetic products a better aptitude for formulation. Finally, it shows an improved performance in the makeup, obtained after application of the product on a keratin material.

SECOND COMPOSITION

  The HEMA-based copolymer has the particularity of being "inert" with respect to sebum and other oils. In the presence of these, it swells little, does not solubilize and its stickiness characteristics are not changed.

  Copolymers of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate, a synthetic process of which is also described in the patents and patent applications mentioned above, and whose teaching is incorporated herein by reference, are also suitable for of the present invention. The copolymer of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate may further contain up to 10% by weight of an additional monomer, based on the total weight of the copolymer.   The HEMA polymers or copolymers used in the context of the present invention are prepared according to the processes described above. They can be used either in the form of crosslinked powder or in the form of a hydroalcoholic solution.

  The HEMA polymer or copolymer may be present in the second composition in a content (expressed as dry matter) ranging from 0.1 to 60% by weight, preferably from 0.5 to 50% by weight, and even more more preferred from 1 to 30% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition.
