Abstract

The device has a case embedded in a part of a pizza box, where the device forms trays that support drinks, dessert and food. The device forms the trays, when slid around a pizza box. The device has a support including different cut locations that are utilized to receive a drink provided in the form of a 33 liter can or a 25 liter small can, or to allow the insertion of products. The lower part (1) of the device is longer than its upper part (4).

Description

The present invention relates to a device which makes it possible to insert a

  tray on a pizza box, with different forms of locations.

  So far the pizza box provides only one package for it; generally, it is served alone in its packaging, which can not contain any drink, dessert, cutlery or other goods. Thanks to this new device, the consumer keeps a certain freedom of movement because the drink and the dessert or the other products are incorporated in the packaging.

  This new concept fits on the pizza box, is formed by folding and notching. Once slipped around the box, it allows to build a tray supporting a drink, a dessert or other food and a place for cutlery.

  This tray can be made in all existing pizza box formats on the market and remedies transportation problems when buying a pizza, a drink, a dessert or other food in the shops pizza to go.

  This packaging also allows for a balanced meal as it combines a drink and a dessert or other food style cellophane salad, fruit according to the request of the client or the season.

  This device comprises according to the market, several forms of cuts to insert different kinds of products.

  By way of non-limiting examples, the dessert may be in the form of a compote, a jar of yogurt or a seasonal fruit 25 and the drink may be in the form of different containers, such as a 33 cl can, a 25 cl plastic bottle or a 20 cl cardboard brick.

  The cutlery is for single use, wrapped with the towel in an airtight bag.

  This slide method gives the user the opportunity to adapt two trays on a box which allows to enjoy a pizza with several, with a drink, dessert or other food and cutlery for each consumer.

  The trays are easily stackable and very easy to assemble thanks to the pre-cut dotted lines. In addition, they offer a wide range of locations, thanks to pre-cuts, suitable for different types of drinks and desserts.

  This device also makes it possible to become an advertising medium for advertisers.

  The invention and the advantages it brings are however better understood thanks to the following example embodiment, given below by way of indication but not limitation, and which is illustrated by the appended diagrams in which: FIG. 1 illustrates, seen in perspective, the set of a tray made, not yet folded, according to the invention.

  - Figure 2 is a perspective view, showing the folding of the sides O and bis, O and bis, and Obis and the folding of the tray. Figure 3 illustrates the folding of the tabs to the notches - Figures 4 and 4a are given by way of non-limiting examples: E location A for foodstuffs: salad or dessert style; Location B which may have different cutouts depending on the style of drinks; É the location C containing either the cutlery or the video as well as the 1D part which has the function of maintaining and consolidating the board.

  - Figure 5 shows by way of non-limiting example the positioning of the 2 trays at each end of the pizza box.

Claims (10)

  1. Adaptable device for pizza tray, for the transport of various foodstuffs and accessories, characterized in that said device adapts to the different standard pizza boxes, existing on the market, by a system of slides. Said device keeps its shape thanks to tongues slid into the notches, held by pressure during the adaptation of said device to the pizza tray.   2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of a support provided with pre-cut notches, supporting various foodstuffs and accessories.   3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that its lower part (0) is longer than its upper part (), this for reasons of rigidity during transport of the assembly.   4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is possible to adapt two of said devices at both ends of the pizza box.   5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that pre-cut locations can receive, by way of non-limiting examples, a drink in the form of a 33 cl can, or a small bottle of 25 cl, or a cardboard brick of 20 cl.   6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that pre-cut locations can receive, by way of non-limiting examples a dessert in the form of a compote or a yogurt, or a salad or seasonal fruit.   7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that pre-cut locations can receive, by way of non-limiting examples accessories in the form of cutlery comprising a fork, a knife, a spoon and a paper towel in hermetic packaging or video disc holder.   8. Device according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the holding of the plate is performed only by folding and notching without the use of glue.   9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tray is fully recyclable.   10. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be, if necessary, an advertising medium for different brands.
