  The present invention relates to a packaging made of a semi-rigid material such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard, comprising two parts that can be assembled by adhesive bonding or the like, one of which covers the other, each consisting of an American half-box or drifting, this package having an improved opening system.

  In FR-A-2 794 681, the Applicant has described a method of manufacturing packages of this type, each part of which, constituted or derived from an American half-box, has four adjoining side walls and articulated together by fold lines, each wall being perpendicular to the two adjacent walls, flaps adjoining these walls by fold lines perpendicular to the preceding and disposed substantially in the same plane being folded perpendicular to these walls and assembled together. One of these parts is intended to receive the packaged articles, which rest on the flaps of this part, while the other part covers the previous one or is nested therein and is made rigidly solidary, after installation packaged articles, in particular by gluing portions disposed facing at least one side wall of each of the two parts.

  Such packages are well known in the art, in particular under the generic name "tray-box", and they have the advantage that after being delivered closed on the point of sale of the items that are packaged, it is sufficient to separate the two parts that constitute them and to keep only the lower part in which the articles are conditioned to expose these articles for sale, without having to extract them from the part of the packaging which contains them.

  In their simplest form, such packages are therefore made up of two American box halves, but the lower part which contains the objects may have a more complex shape, derived from a half American box, in order to meet certain technical requirements or to have a more attractive aspect vis-à-vis potential buyers.

  According to the prior art recited in FR-A-2 794 681, these 2878828 2 packaging were usually made from two precut blanks and repressed, which, after sizing of some parts, were applied flat against each other in predetermined relative positions, the side portions of the two blanks which correspond to walls of the two parts of the package and adjoining flaps then being simultaneously rectified, while remaining in mutual contact, to be folded flat against the central portions of the blanks, which correspond to the other two walls and adjoining flaps of each of the parts of the packaging, so as to bring at the same time in contact a folded side wall of each blank and a pre-glued tab projecting from the other folded wall. Each blank was thus preassembled flat by gluing this tab against the other folded wall and they were simultaneously secured to one another at the pre-bonded portions in mutual contact with the blanks. Preferably, two tear-off tongues, formed along two walls of a blank intended to occupy parallel positions in the mounted packaging, were glued against the corresponding walls of the other blank and it was thus sufficient, subsequently, to tear off these tongues, to separate the two parts of the packaging.

  In FR-A-2 794 681, the Applicant has proposed a more sophisticated method of manufacturing packaging of this type, characterized in that: - the blank made of semi-rigid material pre-cut and reprocessed from which one of the parties is preassembled by bonding at least one lug adjoining a side wall against a non-adjacent wall of the same blank, so that the four walls form a continuous belt; this preassembled blank, folded flat with the flaps adjoining the different side walls arranged in the extension thereof, is applied against the non-preassembled blank and disposed flat of the second part of the packaging, in a position such that two walls unassembled blank are in contact and in coincidence with the two corresponding walls of the assembled blank, in the position occupied by these walls in the packaging; the two walls disposed at the lateral ends of the non-preassembled blank are then straightened and folded flat against the corresponding walls of the preassembled blank after gluing portions of these walls, while simultaneously at least one lug adjoining one of the two walls; of these two walls is brought into contact with the other wall, after gluing portions of the tab and / or the wall in contact.

  This is done so simultaneously assembly by gluing the second blank, while the first blank was previously assembled by gluing, and the assembly by gluing of the two blanks, in the position occupied by the walls in the mounted package . As in the prior art, the preassembled assembly is delivered flat folded to the users, who form it before use at the place of packaging articles that the packaging is intended to contain.

  Preferably, as in the prior art, the bonding of the corresponding walls of the two blanks is effected according to two detachable tabs of two walls intended to occupy positions opposite in the packaging, after setting volume thereof.

  However, this method of assembling the two parts of the package does not lend itself to easy opening of the full package by its addressees and it is to this disadvantage that the present invention seeks to remedy, by proposing a packaging of the same type. general than that described above, but having an opening system easy to operate manually by the recipients of the package.

  It will be noted that, in order to separate from the remainder of the outer wall the portion which is integral with the corresponding portion of the inner wall, it is possible to exert on the external portion a pressure both from the outside and from inside the packaging. . A thrust exerted from the inside (or a pull exerted from the outside) is preferable and, for this purpose, it is advantageously possible to provide on the contiguous transverse wall a cutout in which a finger can be engaged, this cutout extending towards the top by two lines of failure primers, to lift the portion of the contiguous wall located between these lines to access the inside of the package.

  The outer part of the package and the inner part, considered individually, constitute another object of the invention.

  The packaging containing the packaged articles and closed by securing the portions disposed facing a wall of the outer portion and a wall of the inner portion is also another object of the invention Finally, the assembly consisting of two parts of the packaging preassembled by gluing the portions arranged opposite a wall of the outer part and a wall of the inner part, this assembly being folded flat for transport, storage or delivery to the user, is finally another object of the invention.

  It should be noted that this assembly can be produced without any problem by the method of FR-A-2 794 681 or by any other method of the prior art.

  The accompanying drawings, which are given by way of example, show an embodiment of the invention, which will be described hereinafter in more detail.   As seen in these figures, the packaging according to the invention comprises two parts, namely an inner part 1 and an outer part 2 which cap part 1. These two parts have a shape derived from an American box to rectangular base, that is to say that they have four side walls, respectively 3-6 for the part 1 and 7-10 for the part 2, articulated to each other by parallel fold lines, each wall being perpendicular to the contiguous wall.   As is well known in the art, at each of the walls of the parts 1 and 2, a flap or flap, respectively 13-16 and 17-20 is articulated by a fold line, these fold lines being disposed substantially in the same plane , perpendicular to those by which the side walls of the two parts are hinged together. These flaps are straightened perpendicular to the adjoining walls and assembled together by any means known in the art to form the bottom of the part 1 or the upper face of the part 2.

  The part 1 is intended to receive the packaged articles and, after filling, it is capped by the part 2, the two parts being assembled together by gluing or the like, to be separated later on the exhibition sites for sale of the packaged articles , the part 2 forming a cap is then removed, while the part 1 is put in place with the items it contains on the shelf of the place of sale thereof.

  As indicated above, the present invention aims precisely to facilitate the separation of part 2 and part 1, at the point of sale of packaged articles and, for this purpose, parts 1 and 2 of the packaging are made integral with each other, by bonding a portion 21 easily detachable from at least one wall 3 of the part 1 of this package, here a longitudinal wall, against a portion 22 disposed opposite a wall 7 of the cap 2.

  The portion 21 of the wall 3 of the body 1 is delimited in this wall by a line 23 of rupture primer, which extends between two free edges of this wall constituted respectively by its upper edge and the upper part of a ridge contiguous vertical.

  Similarly, the portion 22 of the wall 7 of the cap 2 is delimited in this wall by a line 24 of failure primers, which, when the portions 21 and 22 of wall are glued against each other, is opposite line 21. Unlike the latter, however, this line 22 extends between the upper flap 17 of part 1, and the fold line which joins the longitudinal wall 7 to a transverse wall 8 and the upper portion 25 of this fold line, located above the line 24, comprises break primers.

  When the package arrives at its destination, with the walls 3 and 7 of the parts 1 and 2 integral with each other through the portions 21 and 22 joined by gluing, it is sufficient, to separate the walls 3 and 7, to exert a pressure on the part 22, to push it thus towards the inside or the outside of the package and to detach it from the rest of the wall 7 by tearing lines 24 and 25 of primers of break.

  The portion 21 of the wall 3, bonded against the portion 22, is simultaneously detached by tearing the line 23 of rupture primers and the portion 21 remains stuck against this portion 22. It is therefore driven by this portion, but as this portion 22 of wall remains integral with the upper flap 17 and, therefore, the rest of the part 2, can raise this part 2 to free it from part 1, to use the latter for the exhibition on sale of products it contains.

  As shown in Figure 1, the longitudinal wall 5 parallel to the wall 3 of the body 1 has a shape similar to that of the wall 3, after separation of the latter from the detachable portion 21, so that the part 1 separated from the part 2 has a pleasant appearance.

  The wall 5 could also comprise a detachable portion similar to the portion 21, against which would be bonded a portion similar to the portion 22 of the wall 9 parallel to the wall 7.

  To facilitate the gripping of the cap 2 in order to separate it from the body 1 and to be able to exert a pressure from the inside on the part 22 of the wall 7, a cutout 30 may advantageously be formed in the wall 8, with primers rupture member 31 extending upwardly from this cutout 30.

  As indicated above, the packaging according to the invention can be easily manufactured by methods known in the art and delivered to users folded flat, with parts 1 and 2 preassembled by gluing portions 3 and 4, as described in FRA-2 794 681, with the flaps adjoining the side walls of these two parts arranged in the extension thereof.
